Pros

-I have complete control and understanding of where my clients are int he 360 process. I know how many people we need to fill in and where. I can send the updates instead of someone else. It lends itself to the best possible results
-The clients get powerful comments on their 360 (more than any other 360 I have used).
- The ease in which the report is set up. Data is easy to get lost in. The insight mirror is simple and easy for people to understand.
- I like that I don't get charged for each print out and that I can email a copy when I want to my clients.
- I like that the process and data is controlled from my end to the client.
The 360 is easy to use and I highly recommend it to other vendors

Cons

The photo on the front of the 360 could use some updating.

Overall

Highly recommend. It's a great, solid, useful product!
