Highly configurable, user friendly and has the flexibility to adapt the requirements as business grows.
Powerful Sales Order Management functionality. Variety of pricing scenarios including discount off list, customer/trade level pricing etc.
Complete control over all inventory related activities for our business like multiple inventory locations, flexible units of measure with automated conversions, physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and complete batch and expiry date tracking.
Standard general ledger functionality with flexible chart of accounts combined with source journals that support multi-level accounting and consolidation.

Pros
One of the best user friendly ERP systems we have implemented. We were using another software, but changed to SYROS when we reviewed the system.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who worked really well to adapt the software to suit our needs.
Have implemented the same in our branch in Saudi Arabia and will shortly being doing the same in our branch in Kuwait.
Cons
Nothing major to say.. Support Services can be improved definitely. Regular follow-ups are not done on a time to time basis.
Overall
Great ERP Software. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who is in need of an ERP.
