Pros

Reliability - We have been using this package & its upgrades since the last 10 years with an excellent support from RDPL.

User Friendly - The product is quite simple to use, especially the Drill Down Menu which helps to view the entire status of an order or a set of orders on one screen.

The Production Planning & Control module is very helpful.

Cons

The screens could be more colourful to enhance the user experience.

Overall

Excellent Product & Great service.
