Pros
We had a challenge to fill 3 positions. We had advertised in a variety of free sites and the response was overwhelming.
In frustration we gave up and had to find a solution to sort the resumes into some order. We never did this.
We selected the Peoplewise ATS and used their free job distribution to get the postings out there. What really sold us with the ability to pre-screen applicants.
We easily set up 5-7 must have questions for each position and then only dealt with those applicants that met our criteria.
Using these the Peoplewise ATS we were able to save time in getting this hiring process complete. The send set of postings only took us 6 weeks to hire for our first vacant position and we expect to complete all 3 postions we are looking for within 8-10 weeks.
We had thought we would need to get a hire a recruiter and we have not had too! Suspect that saved us about $15K and paid for the system for the next 5 years. How good is that!
Cons
So far all is good. The company is responsive. They are based in Canada and we are in the US and that has not been a problem.
Overall
We recommend this product and he on line assessment feature is great if you know how to use the tests.
