Pros

I like the ResuWe system and User Interface. Integration with our site was great and seemless and our new career page helps us look like a more professional organization.

Cons

I can't think of any.

Overall

The ResuWe folks are responsive and helpful and it is very efficient to have all our recruiting applications in one place. We have been able to identify top applicants for our positions quickly with minimal recruiting costs.
