Pros

-Breadcrumb feature

Cons

-Speed
-Position status codes at the end of every requisition
-Layout: can be cimplified more
-Expand Offer letter capabilites: i.e. Paid Time Off hours
-Simplify workflow

Overall

-Enhance the search feature (i.e. search for a job profile by job code versus just job title; resume searches, etc)
-Have email notifications sent just to the recruiter when a new resume has been submitted for a position
-When a manager with direct reports is terminated it would be nice to have a popup or sometype of way to reassign the direct reports to a new manager (i.e. a drag and drop feature) instead of manually going into each employee profile and changing the manager.
-Increase admin access for the ability to test or see on behalf of managers/recruiters/etc.
