Pros
Our Project Manager, Karen, did a great job tailoring the process and timeline to my needs, she did a ton of work that I needed help with, and she got us up an running before our expected go live date. Not only did she do a great job, she made me and my department look awesome to the company as a whole.
So far I have had zero resumes make it into the system that were not tagged with a source. I have had 15 referrals come in from the share and socialize buttons. I have had great results from the social product add-ons as well, 10 applicants via facebook and twitter. I have also sped up the process of getting a requisition approved by nearly 2 days time while saving myself the time of filling out requisitions for our hiring managers. We are also using the onboarding portal, which has lead to a much higher degree of accuracy regarding paperwork PRIOR to start date. The onboarding portal allows our entire HR team to view what is complete or still needed.
Cons
iFORMS have a recurring monthly cost on the onboarding solution. I would use a lot more of them if they were more affordable.
Overall
I think iCIMS is a great purchase if you are looking to buy an ATS that is built and focused upon being an ATS. Lots of other products in the market for social networking, HRIS, addons...but they all have lost sight of being a best in class recruiting tool.

Pros
iCIMS is extremely customizable and the help desk is always available. We have been able to organize and streamline our hiring processing by implementing the iCIMS system. They also offer great training courses!
Cons
System is not intuitive and can be difficult to navigate at times.
Overall
The iCIMS software has an exceptional ability to customize to the needs of the client.

Cons
Extraction of data into candidate personal fields is not very good from Monster.com resumes
The view on the screen is skewed with the newer versions

Pros
We're very pleased with the basic product and with the email support. Up time is like 99%; response time is usually solid. Features are good to great in most areas, and are regularly being advanced adn improved. seem to listen to most customer feedback and build on areas of suggestion -- like the major upgrade to knock out quetsions in the most recent built.
we use the system for unit and non, interns to executives, local to national field offices, and with one gaping hole, the product works very well.
Cons
the product has no email integration. so, candidate applies. i have a q for candidate. i send him an email out of icims. candidate answers that question? it comes to my email; it does not also come back to icims. as a result, i avhe an intern who spends 10 hours per week copying notes back into candidate profiles. notes aren't there in real time , things get missed or misplaced, etc. it's a very real weakness that has caused us to seriously consider changing platforms 3 times so far.
Other miss? the cost for certain integrations such as background checks, and certian iForms use, is ridiculously EXCESSIVE. If you plan to have them hosting a lot of forms and data collection, be sure you truly understand the costs upfront.
the itneraction with sites like monster is nice in theory, but it cannot take into account your job posting profiles, so you end up with a plain, flat job ad if you use the tools, and again they are fairly expensive.
Overall
Overall a GOOD tool. Great email response time and support and most customization is easy. implementation was a breeze, and setup was smooth. price is good when compared to other tools in the market.

Pros
It is so easy to route a position through the approval loop and post to our web site.
Easy to track candidates through our process and document the various stages they go through.
Easy and convenient to use the iForm feature for application materials.
Cons
In our process we go back and forth from recruiter to hiring manager to recruiter to hiring manager - the system doesn't allow for the chronological order of our process to be seen - steps are catagorized in source, HR, hiring manager and not in the order of our process which is a little frustrating, and confusing for our new hires using the system.
Overall
The iCims platform is a great one for a company that has a lot of open positions, a large number of applicants and a desire to keep it all organized! I've been very hapy with the service I receive from my contact - he is always very responsive to questions, inquiries, needs, issues. They stay current with what is going on out in the world of recruitment and with what their customers need - so the technology is not stale our out-of-date. I am pleased with the product and the efficiencies it has created for me and my team.

Pros
Easy to use, many users have access, increased applications per recruitment versus paper applications, easy communication.
Cons
Learning curve is high, some hiring managers have difficulty transtitioning/learning from previous system due to low technical skills.
Overall
Excellent product, excellent implementation & customer support. Would highly recommend.

Pros
Too many to list....
1. Excellent customer service.
2. If our system is not currently doing what we need, we go to the development team to see what can be done. They are willing to work with us to accomplish what's needed.
3. The system is quick and allows us to keep track of our candidates at all stages of the process.
4. With the help of iCIMS, we are able to hold our recruiting staff accountable for their positions, hires, time to fill, levels of involvement, priority levels, etc., etc.
Cons
1. Cannot select multiple locations when posting a job.
Overall
As part of the demo process and integration team, I was extremely impressed with iCIMS representatives at all levels. They were extremely helpful and worked with us to roll this new process out to the entire company - US and CA. --- Now, three years later, I'd choose them again.

Pros
We find the system easy to use and easy to train new employees on.
Cons
For the level of use that we have the system at there are no cons that I can see. If we where using it to onboard employees into our HRIS system I think we might run into some barriers.
The biggest issue I usually see with an ATS is not the system but the users. Mostly, it is getting the managers used to the system and having them take the time to be an active part of the recruitment.
Overall
I can recommend iCIMS for most medium/small company users that are looking for a system to streamline the recruitment process and that would like to create an applicant data base for future recruitments.

Pros
iCIMS has developed a very easy to use Applicant Tracking System and they provide excellent customer support. Formal training classes are provided twice a weeek and the Account Representative that we have is very proactive and responsive to our needs.
We have been working with iCIMS for two years and have not experienced any technical issues todate nor has there been any down time. iCIMS is very reliable.
Cons
The implementation process could have been a little smoother. I think this all depends on the person doing the system implementation. So it may vary from company to company.
Reporting features are robust but not intuitive.
Overall
iCIMS is an excellent system that we rely heavily on.

Good interface and everything is intuitively placed. new features are added at regular intervals

I have used other systems that allowed the Administrator to add and delete Recruiters and Vendors, without having to go through the helpdesk/customer service.
Overall
overall, a very good, scalable system with support for international recruiting. would defintely recommend.

Pros
Solid platform, easy interface, and very productive for recruiters. Excellent customer service and product support. Touches all aspects of talent management from relationships to recruitment through onboarding and internal talent management. We are even using it for performance evaluations. There are no "perfect" CRM/ATS/HRIS tools out there, but iCIMS comes very close.
Cons
Current version limits a few items from being modified. This will be fixed in 8.3. Career center could be enhanced to increase candidate experience.
Overall
Great tool to assist in managing the process of networking, attracting, recruiting, onboarding, evaluating, managing, promoting, and offboarding your talent
