Pros

Justin Herron is a true professional in your support area. He is professional, yet friendly. He is quick to respond and always has solutions.

Liz in billing is very good to work with also.

The system is easy to integrate with CareerBuilder.

Cons

The overall system seems a little cumbersome.

Overall

Would like to see "cleaner" screens and few clicks. Would like to be able to view resumes more easily as well as move through recruitment steps a little easier. The refinements would increase our overall satisfaction of the system.

Pros

Navicus is great with and is very responsive to customizing the system to fit our needs. They have made system changes to support us in our OFCCP compliance efforts as well as other "nice to have" features. In the next year, we will be transitioning to a full service model with Navicus to include the pre-employment screening packages, DOT-related requirements and e-Verify.

Cons

There were some connectivity and slowness issues.

Overall

I would highly recommend the system to any company that needs an all encompassing system. The CEO - Jesse Berger is an amazing person to work with. He is flexible, customer-service focused, and gives sound advice with his legal background.
