Candidate Search and Email Job Broadcast is brilliant
Dashboards allow for tracking of all jobs across all consultants all at once.
Workflow triggers save huge amounts of time
Cons
Mapping fields from old system to bring across data but Avankia Support made this very easy (We found the process helped tidy up our database)
Overall
One of the best ATS and Web based CRM systems I have seen.
