Comments: I have used iCIMS for many years for recruiting. I enjoy the easy to use system and having all my locations be able to use the same system makes recruiting SO MUCH EASIER!

Pros: Easy to use. Easy to run reports. Easy to train on. Very usable features

Recommendations to other buyers: Ask every question you can think of during implementation, even if you think it's a silly question. You will have so many fewer headaches once you go live.

Comments: I have used icims in two different organizations, I have implemented icims and the Implementation team is great, they assist in every way possible during implementation and I have used the help support team every time I have had the tiniest question and they have helped answer every single question I asked.

Pros: Easy of use, customer service support, functionality and the fact that they are always thinking ahead of the game as far as what's needed in recruitment for the future.

Cons: No cons, that I can think of.

Recommendations to other buyers: During implementation, make sure you ask all the questions you need answered, that will assist you when you are using the system all the time after implementation is complete.

Comments: I first started working with iCIMS in 2009. In that time I have been fortunate to implement the software at two companies and several Recruiting consulting projects with clients using iCIMS.

The platform is incredibly user friendly and the best part about it is how configurable and flexible it is to each company¿s needs. Every organization has different structures and process within their Talent Acquisition and HR functions and iCIMS has truly developed their products to meet these needs.

The consistent updates to the system shows that they are on the cutting edge of recruiting enablement and technology while listening to feedback from their clients. The system has evolved so much since my first interaction with it 6 years ago.

My favorite features of the system would be the configurable dashboard, reporting functions and the email campaigns

The one drawback to the system comes from its configurability. While this is great, it does require an organization to commit time and resources to working with iCIMS to maximize its potential.

We have had a very good experience with iCIMS.

Comments: Sterling has been using the Recruit feature by iCIMS for a little over a year now. iCIMS has completely streamlined our Recruiting processes. Our department is now able to disposition applicants in bulk, while also providing them with up-to-date feedback regarding their application. The iCIMS Helpdesk and Client Relationship Directors have been a valuable tool to produce a customized Applicant Tracking System specific to our needs. Our Hiring Managers prefer the interactive Platform where they can view and manipulate the candidates that have applied for their positions. iCIMS has an easy to use, easy to understand, and most importantly, easy to teach quality that satisfies our recruiting needs worldwide.

Comments: I have experience with multiple ATS platforms - Taleo, Success Factors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, HR SMart, etc. iCIMS is a good good and has proven to be a very simple and straigthforward ATS tool - the way an ATS should be. It is customizable to a company's workload and process preferences and gets the job done from the end user as well as candidate side of things. Good tool! I recommend it.

I oversee a team focused on high volume hiring (3,000+ hires/year - generating over 120k applications/year) and iCIMS gives us a leading edge to handle the volume we're able to drive. It's ease of use has allowed our team to remain focused throughout the day, without having additional clicks/steps to work candidates through the process. Likewise, the reporting functionality has provided new and unique metrics for EVP-level review, which has helped drive several changes from cost-savings measures, to a need to develop interview training for field partners. In short, iCIMS has been key to our sustained success since we implemented the software over 2 years ago!

Creating reports has always been the more difficult piece of the puzzle for me when using this ATS, but the friendly technical support team has always been one phone call away to guide me through a report I may need to run. The reporting function is too cumbersome. You have to be an advanced user to create good custom reports. Certain add-ons should come with RECRUIT such as social distribution. Its standard in TA today.

Overall: iCIMS provides a full scale solution that satisfies all of our recruiting needs and I have always received the highest form or customer service.

Customer service is a top priority for me and I believe that many companies have lost track of that priority over the last several years; however, iCIMS is not one of those companies. Whether its a quick question for the help desk or a compex issue that I need help from my Relationship Director on, I always get the best service and together we conquer any issues that arise.

Pros: iCIMS customer support, resume parsing, ability to apply via LinkedIn, communications center, etc.

Cons: The only "con" we have discovered with iCIMS right now is the limitation of 1MB for resume and document upload. It would be great if this could be increased to 5MB or 10MB. We receive a lot of portfolios that exceed 1MB and right now we are having to save them separately, outside of iCIMS.

Overall: iCIMS has excellent customer service. It has been a great experience from the initial demo through implementation to every day use.

iCIMS customer service has been top notch...I can't say enough about all the positive experiences I have had with every person at iCIMS. We also think iCIMS is a great product. Thanks for making my job easier!
