Pros: I like that it is free and provides information on how to share info and email campaigns. Also very handy with links to share via social media sites.

Cons: I really dislike that Stripe is the only payment form available. Would really rather use PayPal as it is already used and familiar with most people. Also, recently I had an issue where I had changed a service option's fee . Because my account is connect to Stripe, this caused a "glitch". Marcel informed my I needed to connect my account to Stripe to avoid this glitch. I don't wish to use Stripe and this should not be a requisite of using this software.

Overall: Free scheduling, email campaigns

Great service. Easy for my customers to use!

Pros: Once I set my availability the software handles my schedule. Also like the ability to communicate directly with customers right through the software

Pros: The software helps us a lot with scheduling and avoiding no-shows. Patients love the text reminders, and we love that they show up to their appointments.

Cons: I actually really like this service. It's hard to find bad things. Doing a great job! If I had to say something is a con it would be that each text message to the clients comes from a different phone number each time. That confuses people sometimes.

Overall: Low overhead cost, less no-shows, and ease of scheduling.

Overall very good and I am fortunate to have found the service.

Pros: I am very happy that the site has now been optimized to use on my phone. That's excellent. It wasn't that way previously. I like that it is no cost.

Cons: I wish that if someone left a message for me on the system that I could get an email to that effect. Also, I wish I could have the reminders sent with my name on the top instead of 10to8 even though I don't do online scheduling.

Overall: feeling more secure that folks remember their appts and feeling more entitled to charge them if they forget

I run a small grooming salon and it was difficult to keep track of service history

Pros: I love the reminders and text through the booking system. The email campaign was nice too. I love the Facebook book now button.

Cons: The software was glitchy and wouldn't pull up correctly on some devices. My clients try to use the book now and book themselves but it was a little difficult to do and sometimes won't allow their phone number. The way a grooming salon works we take multiple clients at a time and that proved difficult with this system.

Pros: 10to8 has saved me a ton of time. I used to go back and forth with clients to get them scheduled, and now I just send them a link to my website and they're able to book what they want themselves while I get back to work.

Cons: I do wish that I could choose the order in which the services are offered; right now it's alphabetical, so I have to choose my names wisely.

95% awesome!

Pros: Easy to use, user friendly interface and my clients enjoy the convenience of it. Also, I LOVE that it alerts my clients of upcoming appointments, which makes my life easier.

Cons: Inability to see time I block off on my iPhone calendar.
Also, for some reason I can not add new customers or even scroll down to book appointments for clients who have names that start with any letter that follows B in the alphabet on my iPhone,

Overall: Convenient, saves me time and easy to use.

I love 10to8! It has added so much more professionalism to my healing practice.

Pros: I love that I can set up regular hours and then also block off time for the hours that I can't work. I also love that my clients can do all of the scheduling themselves, and even get notifications and reminders about appointments. The interface is easy, and I also love that I can add a "book now" button to my homepage.

Cons: One thing I am struggling with is how to set up two different calendars for two different locations where I am doing healings in (LA and Santa Barbara). But since the customer support at 10to8 is so wonderful, I already have a service call set up with one of the technicians to troubleshoot the issue.

Overall: A lot more organization and professionalism! And I have already recommended it to several other healers in my network.

Pros: The ability to change tarif works really well for me. When I've had to use it The customer support has been pretty good.

Cons: I can't personalise it enough for my needs so use it in a very basic way. I run baby and swimming groups and I want to book blocks (say 10 classes) and it's not really set up for that. Nor is it set up to be able to SMS everyone say if a class is cancelled. Oh, and I'd love to have extra boxes so people HAVE to say they have no medical conditions etc.

Overall: Payment system - a lot easier to refund than through paypal

Love this app, and the customer service is brilliant

Pros: How easy it is to use - I am a tecno-phobe and can use it easily use both the app and online feature, I rarely have any no-shows and my clients love the reminder service

Cons: The messages stay highlighted but I think that is being sorted :) occasionally there has been a blip in the system where i cannot book an appointment but this is generally sorted

10to8 has made booking appointments and sending reminders a breeze.

Pros: My clients love that they get reminders of their appointments in such a busy world. I love that they remember to come to the appointment.

Cons: I find that in is not always easy for the client to change/reschedule their appointments online. I find that they are able to create multiple accounts (when booking online). This makes it harder to keep track of my clients appointments.

So simple, easy to set up and manage and the support is incredible. I wouldn't be without it!

Pros: Ease of use. It syncs with my calendar. It syncs with other apps so I can take payments online and submit mail shots. It links to my website and to Facebook. I can communicate with customer via it very easily. I get instant notifications when appts are made. It's very proactive for my business.

Cons: I feel a bit cheeky saying this as I'm using the free version, but I don't see the value in the upgraded version considering the price of it. I've tried the upgraded version and it didn't give me anything else that I needed. However, I am a very small-scale business. If my business was larger then I would likely need to be able to book more appointments and may want to have my own branding, but just for that and at this moment, I don't need it.

Customer service is exceptional ! Product needs improving.

Pros: Text reminders are included in the package.
Customer service response rate is excellent

Cons: No notifications to staff when a booking has been made
Not easy to take payments online
No ability to take clients notes
Unable to easily track a client's history
No ability to create group bookings that are not publicly displayed

Like the text messages, some clients are having problems accessing the software on their phones.

Pros: The text messaging, email reminders, visualization of the application. I like it better than appointy.

Cons: I cannot plug in customers on the screen from my computer. Wish you guys had an iPhone app for the customers to have easier access to the calendar.

Pros: Text and email reminders are brilliant. Had less no shows than ever. Email campaigns are brilliant. Layout is easy to follow. Love how you can use on your phone as well.

Cons: Hard to see notes if your just on calendar, would be good if you could scroll over it and see them. Could make it easier to change the text when paying monthly, maybe the same as email campaigns.

Overall: Less no shows. Can interact more with all of the customers at one time with he email campaigns. Easy to follow. Forgot to add, texts could have a non call feature as customers try call the number.

Has all the features you'd want in a scheduling software.

Pros: The minimal cost of this application is absolutely phenomenal for the incredible amount of features that you get.

Cons: I'd like to be able to flip through the mobile calendar by the month instead of by the date. (Options for day,week,and month would be preferred like the online version.)

Overall: It keeps me on track with my schedule daily and is convenient for my clients to book services.

Pros: I like that it's free to try, once my business takes off, I can invest in a better plan and I'm already very comfortable to use it.

Cons: There are just little things that can be modified in order to be better. For example, the calendar view could be "zoomed out" so that we can see the whole day, the whole week or whole month without having to scroll up and down or left to right. Also, it could be easier to add a "time zone option" to clients. I work with clients in different times zones and it could be confusing. So when I book the client at 3 pm ET in my calendar, I want the appointment reminders for her to be 12 pm PT. Finally, when I create a new client, I would like to have a different box for Name and Surname to avoid confusion. Thank you!

Overall: I really appreciate this software and my clients can book appointments directly on my website.

I think that having 10to8 make a one man healing practice look very professional.

Pros: It is easy and understandable to setup. User friendly even if one does not uses all the options available.

Cons: When using the software with Neal's Yard Remedies in Bath I do not get any notification if one of my clients cancels or changes their appointment through NY rather than through me. I have had several occasions when I thought my day was full only to find out this was not the case! Both the practitioner and the booking centre should receive the notification of changes occurring.
I am also wondering about how easy it is for potential costumers to read feedbacks left by other customers.

Pros: does everything that I would ever want: text reminders to clients, syncing schedule to my personal calendar, and an easy sign up form that I put right on my website

Cons: its sometimes hard to find the setting I need to adjust. I usually have to check a few tabs before finding the right setting. Also, you cant mass-adjust appointments. For example if someone who comes every week wants to change their time a half-hour earlier, it takes alot of time to do this for every appointment

I'm a piano tuner who travels to 3 - 5 different addresses every day and this is my main calendars

Pros: It has made scheduling a breeze for our staff and our clients. Once you get everything setup it's great to be able to just have appointments pop-up in your calendar and let us no longer have to spend so much time on the back and forth of scheduling/rescheduling/canceling.

Cons: The setup is a bit confusing initially. The customization options are a bit of a hassle even under the paid plans.

Overall: It has saved us a ton of time and energy that used to be devoted to arranging interviews. It's also made the entire process much more reliable now with automated booking, reminders, etc.

Using the free version, which is excellent.

Pros: It's easy to set up, customise, and use. I can make changes easily, and share the booking link. Lots of great features in the free version.

Cons: That the free version doesn't link with my Google calendar (which I totally understand) and that it's confusing for clients who want to book but pay later - very few of them find/see the "skip payment" option. Also setting up group services is a bit confusing and the instructions on the help page are vague and odd that I can't book a client for a group class the same way I can for a regular service.

Very easy to use. Customer support are friendly, features are very easy to manage. Highly recommend.

Pros: Very organized and has no hidden functionality. I really like how easy it is to see and find your options.

Cons: The only thing that I would improve is the fact that it is hard to add gaps in a normal schedule permanently when people book online for a service.

Pros: I like the fact it's simple and easy to book clients in, and add new clients.
I like that it shows all the appointments on the calendar clearly.

Cons: When using the app, it sometimes crashes when I try to change an existing booking. It also doesn't show me the details when a client requests to change their appointment, only that they've requested to change and I can either accept or decline that change but without knowing what they want to change it to. Overall I think the app needs a lot more work to make it streamline like the webpage.
I also feel that I would benefit from an alert/text message to say that a client has requested to book/change/cancel etc.

10to8 has meant that my client no-shows have reduced markedly.

Pros: 10to8 sends a confirmation text message on booking and then 24 hours prior to the appointment. This gives clients needed information and a reminder regarding their treatment time and location. They get all the information needed by following the provided link to my online diary. This means that they can view and change their appointment with my final approval.

Cons: 10to8 will if you push it allow you to double booked yourself with two clients. Often when working we don't have the time to overview Shape of the day and force the booking to be accepted.

Overall: Less no shows and less time spent amending clients bookings. This time saved is very valuable.

We LOVE our 10to8 :-) Professional, simple, packed full of features - simply wouldn't be without it!

Pros: The support staff is always on hand to point in the right direction when we're exploring & exploiting 10to8 features to maximum advantage.
SMS notifications & reminders have slashed our 'No-Show' rates.

Pros: it is so user friendly and I get such good reviews from clients . it add to the professional touch to my company's .
Business begins with setting up a meeting so when a client receives a confirmation text message , we are half way through cracking the deal

Cons: pricing is very high ... We really want you to give it for free for single users like me . Also app cannot be downloaded on google app ....

Overall: First impression is the last impression ! this software gives the best first impression of the company

Pros: It just works so well... Clear and precises and everyone client as well as me know whats happening...

Cons: The iPad app does not work very well ... And entering the site via the phone is also very unprediactable. Need a fully functional Android and Apple app.

Overall: I don't need to hire a PA

Pros: Free, love the text, email reminders to customer, quite easy to use, great customer service. It is easy to change appointments and that I can use it on my phone too

Cons: Not able to put a buffer time before AND after an appt. I need this I link 10 to 8 with my Google calendar. If I book something in the Google Calendar I have to make sure I add buffer as 10 to 8 will take the next slot - leaving me no time between appts. I don't put my personal appts on 10 to 8.

Overall: Ease of managing appointments

Largely better than expected. Could not run the business without this fab tool.

Pros: The ease of use for the staff and the customers. Colour coding, app use. Feedback forms. I honestly love it!

Cons: There really is anything I would change if I had to be really picky, it was be easier to view all notes on the thread instead of having to back into previous notes to read them but that's really not a problem. Also it would be good to have a set box of a date, for us it would be their wedding date or for others it could be the clients birthday

Overall: Being able to see all our appointments and outcome even when not on site. The stuff can add notes on each client and we can follow up without having to constantly call the shop. We can manage all booking and make bookings again even if not on site. It saves all our data which make us more green and it's just simply a fabulous product.

Simple and great to be able to transition to paid service as business grows

Pros: Ease of use and the reminder emails to clients are invaluable in terms of avoiding any no shows and allowing business to run smoothly.

Cons: Does not sync with my calendar. Or if it does I can't figure out how. It would maybe be useful to send me alerts when an appointment is due.

Pros: The reminders sent out to clients and the simplicity of scheduling and accepting appointments. The majority of my clients enjoy booking through the website rather than calling me or texting me to do that.

Cons: I have to cancel appointments and reschedule them when a client needs to change them. Sometimes the calendar doesn't sync

Overall: I'm allowed more time than before when I was trying to schedule every appointment on my own.

Pros: My clients like it - they rely on it to remember their appointments with me. It was easy to set up.

Cons: It is expensive. The iPhone interface is wonky. I wish looking up clients was more intuitive. I would like a week and month view on mobile layout.

Pros: The ease of use for my clients and for my practice. It integrates easily into my wordpress website. I love that it has a free option and Ive been impressed with the support when there has been an issue

Cons: Limited options without subscription, would like to be able to send messages to cell phone also but understand why this is a subscription option only

Overall: Easy of booking for my clients and easy integration into online existing website

Pros: It's the cheapest option by a long shot that offers google calendar sync, pre-booking credit card collection, and an imbedded widget. Altogether a fantastic value that hits most of the best features of bigger, more expensive services like Square.

Cons: There are sometimes some syncing issues between this calendar and my google calendar, and the occasional bug where I am not sent notification of a new appointment. These are few and far between, however.

Overall: Loads of great features at a fraction of the price of Square or other comparable booking site options. The best value that I was able to find after months of research and experimentation.

Pros: I can set it and forget about it. It syncs beautifully with my email calendar. When a student books an appointment, I must confirm it before the meeting is scheduled. Students receive text reminders so I rarely have no-shows anymore!

Cons: I wish there were an easy way to create simultaneous appointments in special cases. For example, if I need be available for office hours, I create an appointment for that, but then I can schedule additional appointments for that time. This occurs rarely, though.

Overall: It's so easy to create appointments. I don't have to constantly tell people all the times when I'm available. Also, I have few no-shows because of the text reminders.

This has been the best tool to help run my private practice. It saves me time, money and stress!

Pros: The reminders sent automatically to clients and ease of scheduling for them allows them to make appointments whenever they have time to compare their schedule to mine.

Cons: It's frustrating to not be able to "clear" a preset blocked time if something becomes available. I'd like to be able to just change, just as an example one open Tuesday, and the other Tuesday's are blocked out; or, open times as needed, if I happen to have a change in my availability that day or week.

Pros: I find this software very simple to use and the fact that is free, makes it more great. I love the fact that this software is not just for scheduling, you can write personal messages to your clients and the reminder emails and texts have made my work so much easier.

Cons: I cant think of anything major. I find that sometime the setting information gets deleted and it needs to get updated.

Pros: The software is perfect for my massage therapy practice. As a sole proprietor it is difficult to find an affordable solution for scheduling that sends appointment reminders automatically and offers exemplary customer service. I love that there is a free option that includes 100 appointments per month and an option to increase as your business grows.

Cons: The mobile app for the software still does not function and has not since I downloaded it over a year ago.

Overall: I use the software to schedule appointments for clients, and to send reminders.

Pros: That you offer so much for free. I'm thinking of upgrading to get more features as my company grows. I signed up when I first started offering coaching services, and the company has grown rather quickly.

Cons: My clients have trouble booking and changing appointments. Sometimes the link works and sometimes it doesn't. Also, neither I nor my assistant can get the 10to8 calendar to sync with my Google calendar and this is becoming a critical functionality for me to have.

Pros: I love that the software is free for fewer than 100 appointments made per month. I can't wait until I "have to" pay for more, since it's so easy to use!

Cons: I would love to see patient down times introduced to the software. I run two rooms in my acupuncture practice. I spend 30 minutes with a patient and then they rest for 30 minutes with needles in while I spend 30 minutes with the next patient. I've worked around the fact that the appointment looks like it's only 30 minutes instead of the 60 that it actually is, but it would be nice if the software could account for it. I switched to 10to8 from StyleSeat (they went downhill) that had this feature, and it was much less confusing for patients.

Overall: Simple, inexpensive, reliable online scheduling for my patients! Even when I'll have to pay for the more than 100 appointments in a month, the cost is STILL more economical than other service providers.

10to8 is the only software that I have found that is reliable for our patients.

People can contact you via this system and even pay if they want to. There's online help available and You will be alerted if people make appointments or contact you. So many other features. The people who makes the appt. do not need to set up an account, like some other softwares.. Generous with the free offer. I would like branding option, but the pricing is over my budget. Will be nice if we can choose the banner picture with the free option. Thanks.

It seems much more professional and less pushy and loud than most others - and this suits my needs for my professional practice. Further, huge credit to Marcel at 10to8 who made sure my questions were answered in a way that made sense to me. He understood what I was asking! He was very clear in explaining, and 10to8 has proven very easily navigable that before long I had a working integration with my exchange calendar. (Another scheduler's customer support person could only parrot back what I had asked and send links to articles that contained some of the words I was using but could NOT answer in a meaningful way). Comments: I needed to upgrade my image and services recently and one of the things that came across loud and clear was the advantage of an online booking system. I looked long and hard before I found 10to8 and it was almost almost too good to be true. It let's me and my clients manage, individual appointments, group bookings, long and short training courses and I can schedule time for meetings or personal appointments on one very easy to use platform. The set up was so simple I managed it in an afternoon. The 10to8 team were on hand and helpful but not pushy or overwhelming. 10to8 even opened the door to online payments for me. Something I'd stayed away from because I was worried about cost and time. I needn't have been. 10to8 have done all the work and put the links in place to make this a really seamless operation. I'm still very new to all this but my clients don't know that. Feedback from them says it's all really easy to use and they love the appointment reminders. It makes their life much easier too.
What I hadn't expected was to find myself being more creative and innovative within my business. It just seems so much easier to set up a new service and take a few risks with courses and new ideas because I can such great feedback via the booking service. No more wasted time running a course for a few people and hoping some turn up who haven't already booked. Easy communication with existing clients. So much more to explore but I'm looking forward to it and when I'm ready to expand and grow I know 10to8 will be part of it.

I was looking for an easy way for my students to schedule appointments with me without them having to call our receptionist and answer a bunch of questions about what they want. I was able to set up two types of sessions: 1 hour consultation or 1/2 hour follow up. Every student so far has stated that it was really easy and convenient to use. The students also receive 2 reminders about the appointment, thus minimizing the number of no shows. I have only been using this for one week, but so far I have found this to be an excellent solution to my need.

Comments: I was recommended 10 to 8 by my coach and I have not looked back. Once my client is booked in they get a message that an appointment has been made for them, then they get two reminders - the day before and the day of the appointment. This also gives me peace of mind that I don't have to send out messages the day before to remind people because I know it will already be done. It's very user friendly and self explanatory even for a for a complete technophobe like me.
If I have a question I send an e-mail and I get a reply quickly - brilliant!

Overall: This is a brilliant booking system. I can track how many times a client has attended, when and for which treatment. Clients LOVE the text confirmations and reminders. Being able to book from my iPhone is a real bonus and the booking also show on my iPhone calendar. Congratulations to 10to8 on a great, user friendly product.

Overall: I have a small allied medical practice and 10to8.com makes in possible for me to run my practice smoothly and efficiently. I have managed to do without a receptionist because patients make their own bookings and can contact me through the website any time of the day. I love that each patient gets a reminder, my patients love it too! I haven't even tapped into the full features available! I highly recommend this to anyone needing a booking system!

Overall: 10to8 does appointment calendaring right. It is user friendly, even for clients. Clients can book their own appointment or you can schedule one. 10to8 emails everybody regardless of who books the appointment so you are always in the loop. The calendar connects to other calendars you might use, like Google or Outlook, so your appointments always show up. Their email and SMS option of appointment notification works well, leaving you time to work on other things. There's even a time zone converter, so no matter where you clients are, everyone is on the right time for the appointment. Thanks 10to8 for your free option as well as paid services!

Overall: I have a small Pilates and therapy business, and needed to set up an online booking system. I found that my work hours / admin /study hours were being blurred by the fact that I wasn't disciplined enough with my diary. I used to show my diary, and my clients would pick a slot, but as I hadn't blocked off that time, they took it. I did mean I was teaching when I was supposed to be doing some behind the scenes business work.

Now, because I can show what appointments are free on the mobile app, they pick those. My work hours are set, and I do not deviate from them. Clients love the reminders and has improved the students attendance.

10to8 are always adding new features, and for the price, are more than worth the monthly subscription.

I recommend 10to8 to all small and medium businesses - you won't go wrong with 10to8.

Overall: I love how easy to use and customizable this platform is. I run my business solo and it's so wonderful to not be worried about booking clients in around their schedule. At first I as concerned that it would remove the personal contact I had with my clients. I mentioned this and the 10to8 team quickly added a 'personal note to client' section.

The ease of use and time saving qualities of the software far outweigh loosing the personal touch. I can still achieve the latter in different ways (personal text message or email when needed).

Don't think about it anymore, just sign up and get using it.

Pros: How easily, customizable, and user-friendly it is. How easily customers can sign up for appointments and pay online, how easily it is to set/edit services, and how easily it is to link Facebook, Websites, and other such mediums together. If you change one, they all reflect the changes instantly.

Cons: Can't have packages of appointments. (Where a customer pays for multiple up front, then can schedule them in whenever, and the system knows they have already been paid for).

Overall: This is so great to schedule basic appointments and to have a customer database, and a way to have your customers pay online. In these simple functions, it is exceptional. The only thing is if you want to offer packages, or if you want to offer an event with different levels of prices, it gets a little complicated, so you have to get creative. It would be nice if there was a way for the customer to buy a package (say, of 5 appointments) and be able to have the appointments in the database or something, so they would be able to schedule it themselves and keep track of how many they have left. Maybe I am asking for too much, and I need to look for a paid version, but 10to8 is very helpful for me, just a small business starting up. (Packages are essential for small businesses who still are working to get the word out, and are looking for a stream of steady customers). Also, the online (automated?) customer service is great, with emails, and teaching tools, and FAQs, but I have tried calling customer support twice and have not even gotten a chance to leave a voicemail. I still love the company, maybe it is the time zone difference from Europe to the USA, but phone service could be better. Overall, great company.

Comments: I love the 10 to 8 app! I set an appointment with the app during a birthday dinner last weekend. The other person was so impressed with the ease of use, texting and email confirmations, they are looking into switching from their current appointment/calendar setting software to 10 to 8!
The reminders have reduced my "forgotten" or "no-shows" by 75%. Which means less wasted time and gas for me!

Cons: Wish there was a way to make daily appts that could then be given a time slot the day before or morning of. Example - mapping your day so that going to customers have a logical order versus one end of town to the other and back again. If this were the case I could use online booking =)

Overall: While we are not the typical customer for this type of program (your home repair service) I do find the features 10 to 8 offers to be an excellent addition to our company. I especially like the follow-up review option, which I then copy over to our facebook page. We do not advertise our services as we are a small company that works from existing customer referrals.

Cons: A few times there was a glitch like not being abe to use the month view but it wasn't a big deal. I just used the weekly view until they fixed the problem.

Overall: I'm a new small business owner. I can't even express how key 10 to 8 has been in my success. All my clients comment on how great it is that they get a reminder when they have apointments. It saves me time not needing to be on the phone scheduling with clients and also cuts down the interuptions while working with other clients. Thanks 10to8 for helping me simply my life!

Pros: How well it fits my needs even though I'm a one man business and the allocation of 100 appointments per month is well within my capacity.

Cons: I haven''t always found the help and support pages useful but to be fair I only need the free version. Customer support with subscription could be much better.

Overall: First tried out 10to8 over a year ago because I wanted to reduce my 'no shows'. It worked immediately and I haven't had one since. The features and UI have improved continuously.

Overall: I'm a mobile reflexogist working on my own. I am very impressed with 10to8's online billing system and support. I use the free version. I needed to setup different availability for rented rooms and for home visits - one email to support and it was easily setup. I was also impressed with the flexibility to either take payment on booking or not as required. My clients like the reminders and the ease of booking online. Can't fault it.

Overall: Absolutely love the user interface. Friendly and helpful customer support staff. Still has a few bugs to work out. Had issues with the robot that answers the phone number that sends SMS to clients. They answered my support email right away and said they were working on it. On the app, the "get directions" to a client's address button doesn't work. A few other minor things like that. I think it's worth sticking it out for the long run - once they figure out their bugs it will be a fantastic system!

Easy to use, pleasant & functional dashboard and above all, this application works with Zapier.
You can sync the calendar with your Google Calendar, forward all your customer details to Google Sheets, enable automatic replies to your customers, etc.

The only drawback concerne the cancelation and change of appointments. Your customers have to create an account with them to be able to canecl or amend their appointment. I think most people will be put off but this and won't bother cancelling and letting you know they won't be coming to their appointment. If 10to8 could work on this, that will fantastic!

Comments: The site has been very well designed with improvements a work in progress. The calendar facility on my website makes life a lot easier. Comments: I have tried many, including scheduleOnce, Calendly, Appointy, and a few Wordpress plugins, but hands-down, this beats them all. There are certain options and features I'd like to see implemented still, but this still beats everything I've used.

One of my main criteria was to make sure the user experience was as flawless as possible. 10to8 makes the user interface nearly flawless. On top of that, it's aesthetically pleasing.

The first week I used it, a client got to my booking page, booked their first session, paid for it, and received a reply - all without my involvement!

I had reservations because of their integration with Stripe (a pay company I've never used), but have had zero issues getting paid. And Stripe, I'm finding, is a bit easier to use than PayPal.

I've written to support at least twice, and both times received detailed replies on how to do what I needed to do. And if what I wanted wasn't built in already, there was always another way to accomplish a task.

On top of all this, I'm now using Zapier to connect 10to8 with my CRM. Now whenever a new client books a session, their contact info is sent to my CRM automatically.

Finally, they are continually finding ways to improve the system. AND they have a Facebook group where their users can share and ask questions.

Oh, almost forgot, I am also using their excellent Wordpress plugin.

With the ability to see immediate history of all interactions with your client in a chat-like column, the synchronization with Google Calendar (and others), the use of Zapier to integrate and communicate with other programs, and the seamless user experience, I am thrilled I kept testing other programs until I ran into the game changer that is 10to8. I Love it.

I thought it would be a faster notification, like a few minutes, rather than taking hours. I'm hoping that in the future, appointment notifications would be sent faster to the administrator. My booking page is linked directly to my website making booking simple. Every customer that visits my practice compliment us on our professionalism when it comes to good communication with them. All my customers are contacted at least twice before they actually visit our premises, once to confirm their appointment then a day before their appointment they will receive another text/e mail to remind them of their visit to us. This cuts down on the amount of patients that do not turn up on their allotted sessions. More often than not patients just forget. This is now a thing of the past. We also like the fact that 10to8 is linked to our social media pages. This helps us to promote our business in many ways.

Comments: 10to8 has enabled me to offer a user-friendly, simple to use booking service and, at no cost, what's not to like?

It has lots of options to customise the options and availabilities which, whilst taking a bit of working out how to set up, functions immediately and flawlessly once done. The feedback from the users is good, and it's made my life a lot simpler, as previously all appointments were via much to-ing and fro-ing over email.

Comments: I wanted all bells and whistles, but at a low entry cost. 10to8 does that. I love the fact that i can change things so easily, and my services/availability can be updated straight away. the emails/text to clients is more than i expected for a low entry level, and my clients love it.

on the downside, i feel the app (both iphone and ipad), are not responsive enough, and are a bit clunky on using them. the keyboard takes up most of the room when trying to make appts.

Comments: My patients tell me it is really helpful to be able to confirm appointments. My secretary likes the way I can book appointments for the patients and if they need to be changed she can do it without making a call.

I use the payment system to give new patients a discount for paying on line.

I am recommending the product to colleagues and to patients who run small businesses

Comments: 10to8 is a formidable booking mechanism for any small business. It's fully customisable and easy to access and use. Customer service is beyond excellent and support services are fantastic. Now all they have to do is fix bugs for the iPad and iPhone apps. Overall a great company and innovative concept.

Comments: 10to8 enables us to run our massage practice very efficiently. The appointment confirmation and reminders have not failed us yet. We were using a more expensive program that was not as reliable with sending automated reminders. We have not had any "no shows" since we switched to 10to8, and obviously this makes us very happy!

Comments: Has lot more potential. All my customers communicate with us by text not email so 10 to 8 currently is limited in its capacity to do what I want with my customers. If this area ie SMS messaging was expanded I would be happy to refer more to my associates!

Comments: I felt lucky that I found 10to8. Being a small business owner, I wouldn't have been able to keep my schedule as organized without a service like 10to8. Other similar services charge quite a bit of money for less features, where as 10to8 has remained completely free to my business. I also love the fact that when I did have some technical difficulties, 10to8 responded and resolved the issue within a few hours. They really do care about their customers and have managed to keep the human touch. I am 100% satisfied with 10to8 and will recommend them always.

Comments: Finally found an appointment application that meets the needs of myself and a fellow therapist. Very intuitive to use and can manage multiple locations under one account. Easily syncs with Google and outlook calendars.

All questions were answered in a timely manner and they have an online Facebook community to help support one another as well.

Comments: Good customer log that can be interrogated and downloaded which is useful for marketing purposes. Being free is not the most important thing for us. We would rather pay to have some functionality such as being able to book repeat appts a year ahead - as therapists we are likely to see the same people at the same time for months. It would be useful to be able to cancel appts after the event as we don't always get to update as often and I would like to choose how much of my diary shows so that I can remove Sat/Sun giving me more of the week to see so that I don't have to keep moving up and down and accross all the time. It is simple and quick to use and bear in mind that we haven't as yet opened up to our customers which will be an extra plus.

Comments: I am the owner of a holistic spa, a new business start up and have used this app from the first day I opened for business. I cannot rate it highly enough. It is simple to use, and for me simplicity is key. I have used it with just one therapist and also three therapists and it has proven to be scalable! Adding and editing services and opening times is easy too, and the self service booking customer interface has been highly commended by my clients. This app has given me the edge on my local competition in the beauty industry!

Comments: My wife and I love 10to8. Before using the system we constantly had clients asking when their appointment was. Now they get texts and email and no one calls about when their is going to be. I would like more than one person shown on the iPhone app and I would like to be able to schedule groups

Comments: I appreciate 10to8, it has made my small business very professional by setting appointment without having to spend out of pocket cost at such a young age in my practice. A few pros about the 10to8; its easy to use ,sends notification to clients and reminders via text and phone, an absolute wonderful feature. Some cons 10t08 uses miltary time which can be a little confusing since I live in the United States and military time is not the standard time used here. Addtionally, the website link is rather long and difficult to find for my clients to book online. Overall, 10to8 is an outstanding service, I am sure many small business like myself appreciate this service immensely. As my business grows I will always remenber the company who offered me an opportunity to set my appointments for free. I will for sure grow with 10t08, you forever have my gratitude.
