Overall: When I was looking for software on administering my client appointments I tried a lot of different ones. I loved from the beginning using 10to8. It is great modern layout, easy to use, now even in German and I always got great feedback from my customers. It is like a warm but very professional welcome for them. What I really like is the continous improvement.

Overall: I have only positive things to say about the 10 to 8 booking system. You're not just booking people in, you can write personal messages to them in the reminder emails and texts that they automatically get but you can also make your own private notes on the system. Everyone has turned up for their appointment and one client said what a brilliant system it was because it did remind her to come. You can personalise things to your taste and colour code things. People can contact you via this system and even pay if they want to. There's online help available and You will be alerted if people make appointments or contact you. So many other features. In a nutshell 10 to 8 helps you provide a fast, efficient and professional service which reduces no shows and encourages people to attend their appointment. If you want you can even get reviews and ratings from clients after an appointment about your service

Pros: A lot of customization allowed.

Cons: That you have to click on name to see the phone number of the person making appointment.. on the email reminder, it doesn't have the phone number, have to log in to account to find..

Overall: I have tried a few scheduling software.. I was using a tool which lets you compare over 50 or 80 such software side by side.... I ended up with 10to8, because it offers a lot of features and flexibility. You can even text people reminders of the appt.. it was easy to set up. The people who makes the appt. do not need to set up an account, like some other softwares.. Generous with the free offer. I would like branding option, but the pricing is over my budget. Will be nice if we can choose the banner picture with the free option. Thanks.

Overall: If I was on a desert island and could only take one thing it would be 10to8 !! Hahah, Honestly though the service is increadible. Cons: wish the time zone could be more specific but this is a minor point. I'd rather it the option be for the name of time zone rather than the location which in my case is for a city 3 hours from me, but in the same time zone. We Canadians don't think of ourselves as being in "America"

Overall: I have been searching for a scheduling system and checking out reviews and through my research found that 10to8 is the best option. It seems much more professional and less pushy and loud than most others - and this suits my needs for my professional practice. Further, huge credit to Marcel at 10to8 who made sure my questions were answered in a way that made sense to me. He understood what I was asking! He was very clear in explaining, and 10to8 has proven very easily navigable that before long I had a working integration with my exchange calendar. (Another scheduler's customer support person could only parrot back what I had asked and send links to articles that contained some of the words I was using but could NOT answer in a meaningful way). Professional, pragmatic, clean visuals, strong intuitiveness for users, an all around excellent scheduler. Thank you 10to8.

Comments: I needed to upgrade my image and services recently and one of the things that came across loud and clear was the advantage of an online booking system. I looked long and hard before I found 10to8 and it was almost almost too good to be true. It let's me and my clients manage, individual appointments, group bookings, long and short training courses and I can schedule time for meetings or personal appointments on one very easy to use platform. The set up was so simple I managed it in an afternoon. The 10to8 team were on hand and helpful but not pushy or overwhelming. 10to8 even opened the door to online payments for me. Something I'd stayed away from because I was worried about cost and time. I needn't have been. 10to8 have done all the work and put the links in place to make this a really seamless operation. I'm still very new to all this but my clients don't know that. Feedback from them says it's all really easy to use and they love the appointment reminders. It makes their life much easier too.
What I hadn't expected was to find myself being more creative and innovative within my business. It just seems so much easier to set up a new service and take a few risks with courses and new ideas because I can such great feedback via the booking service. No more wasted time running a course for a few people and hoping some turn up who haven't already booked. Easy communication with existing clients. So much more to explore but I'm looking forward to it and when I'm ready to expand and grow I know 10to8 will be part of it.

Comments: Give this program a try. I was looking for an easy way for my students to schedule appointments with me without them having to call our receptionist and answer a bunch of questions about what they want. I was able to set up two types of sessions: 1 hour consultation or 1/2 hour follow up. Every student so far has stated that it was really easy and convenient to use. The students also receive 2 reminders about the appointment, thus minimizing the number of no shows. I have only been using this for one week, but so far I have found this to be an excellent solution to my need.

Comments: I am a low-volume user on the free version, but if I had the type of business and volume I would see it as worth paying for. It integrates well with the Google calendar I use in my associateship with another organisation and allows me to manage my personal diary and coaching clients independently. My only "better if" would be to have more control over the display sizing / fit to screen on the calendar, but it's really minor. Happy to recommend.

Pros: Ease of use for both business and client, coupled with the affordable price. To have both in one product is unbelievable.

Cons: There are a few features that would be helpful to have added, like more customization for communicating with clients after they've booked. I believe the company is working on adding those important features though as they've always been receptive when I provide that feedback.

Overall: I had been looking for a scheduling solution for my counseling business for a few years, ever since I started, and had tried several different options that fell short. 10 to 8 is the exact solution I was hoping existed out there somewhere. So simple, easy for users with no long registration process, and either free or super affordable depending on your needs. Has been a huge help in my business and I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Cons: The client search can be very slow. The iPhone app is a bit buggy compared to the desktop version.

Overall: Using 10to8 has reduced my no-shows from what I considered to be an unacceptably high level to almost zero, reducing all that wasted travelling time and expense. And as it's free for small businesses, you can't get better than that!

Pros: It does a great job of converting browsers into customers and there's a facility to send follow up emails for feedback which is really useful.

Cons: It can be a bit clunky when updating the diary - lots of things to click on - but the benefits outweigh this.

Overall: Since I've signed up for the FREE version of 10to8 I've had more new and unsolicited customers than over 4 or 5 paid facebook promotions. It was easy to integrate into my website, reasonably quick to update my diary and it's produced great results so far. I think new clients really appreciate being able to book online.

Comments: I was recommended 10 to 8 by my coach and I have not looked back. Once my client is booked in they get a message that an appointment has been made for them, then they get two reminders - the day before and the day of the appointment. This also gives me peace of mind that I don't have to send out messages the day before to remind people because I know it will already be done. It's very user friendly and self explanatory even for a for a complete technophobe like me.
If I have a question I send an e-mail and I get a reply quickly - brilliant!
I completely recommend 10 to 8 to my friends who need to keep track of clients and appointments.

Overall: 10to8 does appointment calendaring right. It is user friendly, even for clients. Clients can book their own appointment or you can schedule one. 10to8 emails everybody regardless of who books the appointment so you are always in the loop. The calendar connects to other calendars you might use, like Google or Outlook, so your appointments always show up. Their email and SMS option of appointment notification works well, leaving you time to work on other things. There's even a time zone converter, so no matter where you clients are, everyone is on the right time for the appointment. Thanks 10to8 for your free option as well as paid services!

Overall: I have a small Pilates and therapy business, and needed to set up an online booking system. I found that my work hours / admin /study hours were being blurred by the fact that I wasn't disciplined enough with my diary. I used to show my diary, and my clients would pick a slot, but as I hadn't blocked off that time, they took it. I did mean I was teaching when I was supposed to be doing some behind the scenes business work.

Now, because I can show what appointments are free on the mobile app, they pick those. My work hours are set, and I do not deviate from them. Clients love the reminders and has improved the students attendance.

10to8 are always adding new features, and for the price, are more than worth the monthly subscription.

I recommend 10to8 to all small and medium businesses - you won't go wrong with 10to8.

Cons: I have yet to run into any issues with this software.

Overall: I love how easy to use and customizable this platform is. I run my business solo and it's so wonderful to not be worried about booking clients in around their schedule. I can have multiple service options, set my availability, and simply send the link to my clients so they can choose when they would like to book. It's a wonderful piece of software and I will definitely be continuing to use it to grow my coaching and training business.

Comments: I've been using 10to8 for about 2 years now.

At first I as concerned that it would remove the personal contact I had with my clients. I mentioned this and the 10to8 team quickly added a 'personal note to client' section.

The ease of use and time saving qualities of the software far outweigh loosing the personal touch. I can still achieve the latter in different ways (personal text message or email when needed).

Don't think about it anymore, just sign up and get using it.

Pros: How easily, customizable, and user-friendly it is. How easily customers can sign up for appointments and pay online, how easily it is to set/edit services, and how easily it is to link Facebook, Websites, and other such mediums together. If you change one, they all reflect the changes instantly.

Cons: Can't have packages of appointments. (Where a customer pays for multiple up front, then can schedule them in whenever, and the system knows they have already been paid for).

Overall: This is so great to schedule basic appointments and to have a customer database, and a way to have your customers pay online. In these simple functions, it is exceptional. The only thing is if you want to offer packages, or if you want to offer an event with different levels of prices, it gets a little complicated, so you have to get creative. It would be nice if there was a way for the customer to buy a package (say, of 5 appointments) and be able to have the appointments in the database or something, so they would be able to schedule it themselves and keep track of how many they have left. Maybe I am asking for too much, and I need to look for a paid version, but 10to8 is very helpful for me, just a small business starting up. (Packages are essential for small businesses who still are working to get the word out, and are looking for a stream of steady customers). Also, the online (automated?) customer service is great, with emails, and teaching tools, and FAQs, but I have tried calling customer support twice and have not even gotten a chance to leave a voicemail. I still love the company, maybe it is the time zone difference from Europe to the USA, but phone service could be better. Overall, great company.

Comments: I love the 10 to 8 app! I set an appointment with the app during a birthday dinner last weekend. The other person was so impressed with the ease of use, texting and email confirmations, they are looking into switching from their current appointment/calendar setting software to 10 to 8!
The reminders have reduced my "forgotten" or "no-shows" by 75%. Which means less wasted time and gas for me!
This app will make you an appointment setting hero too!

Overall: This software is so easy to use on my website, i can sync up with my calendar so i never get a double booking again! i just let it do its thing online and watch the customers book appointments with ease.

Overall: I have been using 10to8 for a couple of weeks now and am very happy with the results.
My clients can now book appointments at any time and see when I am available and they get a reminder so I don't have missed appointments.

Pros: communication with customer and auto customer review

Cons: Wish there was a way to make daily appts that could then be given a time slot the day before or morning of. Example - mapping your day so that going to customers have a logical order versus one end of town to the other and back again. If this were the case I could use online booking =)

Overall: While we are not the typical customer for this type of program (your home repair service) I do find the features 10 to 8 offers to be an excellent addition to our company. I especially like the follow-up review option, which I then copy over to our facebook page. We do not advertise our services as we are a small company that works from existing customer referrals.

Cons: A few times there was a glitch like not being abe to use the month view but it wasn't a big deal. I just used the weekly view until they fixed the problem.

Overall: I'm a new small business owner. I can't even express how key 10 to 8 has been in my success. All my clients comment on how great it is that they get a reminder when they have apointments. It saves me time not needing to be on the phone scheduling with clients and also cuts down the interuptions while working with other clients. Thanks 10to8 for helping me simply my life!

Pros: How well it fits my needs even though I'm a one man business and the allocation of 100 appointments per month is well within my capacity.

Cons: I haven''t always found the help and support pages useful but to be fair I only need the free version. Customer support with subscription could be much better.

Overall: First tried out 10to8 over a year ago because I wanted to reduce my 'no shows'. It worked immediately and I haven't had one since. The features and UI have improved continuously.

Cons: That my customers are not obligated to write address when they book. As my business goes to them not they to me. So I need to capture it only in the notes that not always shows in the app

Overall: It's easy to use and is does what one needs. And they keep developing it ! Brilliant! I am a small business just growing and I love the app that it's free when you actually are fighting to be on the market and don't have money to pay for costly monthly services. Overall: I'm a mobile reflexogist working on my own. I am very impressed with 10to8's online billing system and support. I use the free version. I needed to setup different availability for rented rooms and for home visits - one email to support and it was easily setup. I was also impressed with the flexibility to either take payment on booking or not as required. My clients like the reminders and the ease of booking online. Can't fault it.

Overall: Absolutely love the user interface. Friendly and helpful customer support staff. Still has a few bugs to work out. Had issues with the robot that answers the phone number that sends SMS to clients. They answered my support email right away and said they were working on it. On the app, the "get directions" to a client's address button doesn't work. A few other minor things like that. I think it's worth sticking it out for the long run - once they figure out their bugs it will be a fantastic system!

Comments: This is the best booking tool I could find !
Easy to use, pleasant & functional dashboard and above all, this application works with Zapier.
You can sync the calendar with your Google Calendar, forward all your customer details to Google Sheets, enable automatic replies to your customers, etc.

The only drawback concerne the cancelation and change of appointments. Your customers have to create an account with them to be able to canecl or amend their appointment. I think most people will be put off but this and won't bother cancelling and letting you know they won't be coming to their appointment. If 10to8 could work on this, that will fantastic!

Comments: The site has been very well designed with improvements a work in progress. The calendar facility on my website makes life a lot easier. Clients can now make and adjust their own bookings and it encourages further clients to the practice. Comments: I have tried many, including scheduleOnce, Calendly, Appointy, and a few Wordpress plugins, but hands-down, this beats them all. There are certain options and features I'd like to see implemented still, but this still beats everything I've used.

One of my main criteria was to make sure the user experience was as flawless as possible. 10to8 makes the user interface nearly flawless. On top of that, it's aesthetically pleasing.

The first week I used it, a client got to my booking page, booked their first session, paid for it, and received a reply - all without my involvement!

I had reservations because of their integration with Stripe (a pay company I've never used), but have had zero issues getting paid. And Stripe, I'm finding, is a bit easier to use than PayPal.

I've written to support at least twice, and both times received detailed replies on how to do what I needed to do. And if what I wanted wasn't built in already, there was always another way to accomplish a task.

On top of all this, I'm now using Zapier to connect 10to8 with my CRM. Now whenever a new client books a session, their contact info is sent to my CRM automatically.

Finally, they are continually finding ways to improve the system. AND they have a Facebook group where their users can share and ask questions.

Oh, almost forgot, I am also using their excellent Wordpress plugin.

With the ability to see immediate history of all interactions with your client in a chat-like column, the synchronization with Google Calendar (and others), the use of Zapier to integrate and communicate with other programs, and the seamless user experience, I am thrilled I kept testing other programs until I ran into the game changer that is 10to8. I Love it.

I thought it would be a faster notification, like a few minutes, rather than taking hours. I'm hoping that in the future, appointment notifications would be sent faster to the administrator. Comments: The 10to8 software is a fantastic tool for anyone who has customers who have appointments with you and your business. The online diary works really well enabling customers to choose their own time to see you without the hassle of speaking to anyone. My booking page is linked directly to my website making booking simple. Every customer that visits my practice compliment us on our professionalism when it comes to good communication with them. All my customers are contacted at least twice before they actually visit our premises, once to confirm their appointment then a day before their appointment they will receive another text/e mail to remind them of their visit to us. This cuts down on the amount of patients that do not turn up on their allotted sessions. More often than not patients just forget. This is now a thing of the past. We also like the fact that 10to8 is linked to our social media pages. This helps us to promote our business in many ways.

Comments: I wanted all bells and whistles, but at a low entry cost. 10to8 does that. I love the fact that i can change things so easily, and my services/availability can be updated straight away. the emails/text to clients is more than i expected for a low entry level, and my clients love it.

on the downside, i feel the app (both iphone and ipad), are not responsive enough, and are a bit clunky on using them. the keyboard takes up most of the room when trying to make appts.

Other similar services charge quite a bit of money for less features, where as 10to8 has remained completely free to my business. I also love the fact that when I did have some technical difficulties, 10to8 responded and resolved the issue within a few hours. They really do care about their customers and have managed to keep the human touch. I am 100% satisfied with 10to8 and will recommend them always.

Comments: Good customer log that can be interrogated and downloaded which is useful for marketing purposes. Being free is not the most important thing for us. We would rather pay to have some functionality such as being able to book repeat appts a year ahead - as therapists we are likely to see the same people at the same time for months. It would be useful to be able to cancel appts after the event as we don't always get to update as often and I would like to choose how much of my diary shows so that I can remove Sat/Sun giving me more of the week to see so that I don't have to keep moving up and down and accross all the time. It is simple and quick to use and bear in mind that we haven't as yet opened up to our customers which will be an extra plus.

Comments: I appreciate 10to8, it has made my small business very professional by setting appointment without having to spend out of pocket cost at such a young age in my practice. A few pros about the 10to8; its easy to use ,sends notification to clients and reminders via text and phone, an absolute wonderful feature. Some cons 10t08 uses miltary time which can be a little confusing since I live in the United States and military time is not the standard time used here. Addtionally, the website link is rather long and difficult to find for my clients to book online. Overall, 10to8 is an outstanding service, I am sure many small business like myself appreciate this service immensely. Comments: Before choosing, I went through a lot of research on every booking software out there, and 10to8 is hands-down the best! With their free-for-life level, it's easy to get started. And, the prices are super reasonable as you grow. The platform is very intuitive and simple. It's not bloated with lots of unnecessary flash. And, my clients love it too!

But, even better than all of that, the customer service and developer team is just plain amazing! That's what really 'sealed the deal' and won my loyalty. Stephane, Sonia, Liz, Anne... they're all great and very hands-on with their community. You'll get to know them all by name :) And they are so responsive to what you need from the platform. They will get to know your business and your needs and develop the platform to be better and better every day!

Comments: The program itself is pretty good, better then many I have used. However set up was simplier prior to the new update. Customer service being on facebook is daunting because as in my case I have waiting for a reply on a problem, and never got a reply. or waited for hours sometimes days before I saw a reply.

Comments: The booking system has helped to reduce no shows significantly through the text reminders that clients receive. We have yet to allow customers to book on line themselves, but I am not sure that will be possible as appointments will need to overlap and the system will need adapting to accommodate this so it is intelligent enough to know when and for how long 2 clients can be booked in at any one time. Other than that the system is flexible and easy to use, so long as the internet service is not down.

Comments: I was looking to see if such an app existed for that! Guess what? Someone beat me to it and offered what I was thinking could be a great tool to add to my website visitors. I uploaded the HTML code to my website and started to test it. I soon found out that it was a fairly simple tool to use for my customers and for me when using a regular computer to set appointment for my customers calling in. But I quickly dropped the iPhone and iPad versions for they were not letting me do anything I wanted and was way too slow to operate. Hopefully, these issues will be resolved soon for us to enjoy the full potential of the program.
But I need to say that for my needs, right now, the free version is enough to cover my needs. It is nice from 10 to 8 to even offer this option in order for us to test their product and see if it is the appropriate tool to keep without having to pull out a credit card right from the get go!.

I'm a small-business customer, benefiting from this young company's "pay it forward" policy of not charging little guys like me. I respond to their graciousness by recommending the software to others. I've asked for help with two little issues and was quite impressed with their quick fix. In fact, I'm about to offer two suggestions which might make a good thing even better, and have no doubt I will hear back from someone soon. Comments: The customer database is easy to navigate and easy to add more customers. I also like the scheduling. its easy to add appointments. I would like to see in the future, the phone numbers of the customer in the calendar so you do not have to navigate to the customer page and look it up that way, second I would like the notes better if you didnt have to make a new one everytime you wanted to add something but instead let you edit the previous note. Third, I hope sometime rescheduling will be more friendly. If you have to reschedule it only lets you reschedule up to the current day and not in the future. Overall great product!

Comments: Love the layout and design. They are continuing to improve and create a better platform all around. Any issues I have had have been very quickly taken care of and there has been consistent care. The iPhone and iPad version needs to get the kinks worked out since the latest IOS update, however I am sure with their diligence there will be updates soon. Comments: It's great. It keeps the staff organised and the customers up to date. The only thing that a bit of a bind is that an administrator can't add bookings to staff via the iOS app, or staff can't arrange bookings on behalf of other members of staff. In fact as administrator you can do very little through the iOS app.

Comments: After finding the 10-8 app whilst browsing online, for a new small business start up I have not looked back.
This is an effective booking tool with many more benefits it reminds clients at intervals you can set for your own business. It links in to Facebook easily and onto the clinics website (the web designer did this) so clients can easily use from home or at their desk. I am very impressed with this online booking system and have had no worries recommending it to friends to give it a try. As a self proclaimed technophobe I have found this easy to use by following the steps provided and spending time before launching bumbling through and I must say I am still finding impressive functions and things adaptable to suit my business. ( such as adding clients birthdays to remind the clinic their birthday month to offer a discount or freebie) .
Overall I think this is fantastic and the service provided is good also. especially as it is a FREE service at the moment!

Comments: We were looking to implement an appointment based system in our shops to improve the customer experience. After searching online, I made contact with 10to8 who could not have been more helpful. I had a video call with Anne so she could show me the system and how we could make it work for us. We were then given a trial to make sure we were happy with it and that it would work in the way we wanted it to. The support getting it up and running was first class and any minor issues I have experienced since using 10to8 have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Comments: Pros: Well-designed for most part. Customers find it user-friendly. System allows me to set up different appointment times for different services, has a clear layout. Automatic appointment reminders are a God-send: no-shows and last-minute cancellations are relatively infrequent. The fact that I can use a free working service until my business grows is brilliant. The response time after email queries and customer service is very good. The Facebook group is enjoyable although I haven't utilised/participated in this that much yet. In general the system works well.

Cons: The system does not let me set custom days for different locations - not everything is regular as once per week/once every two weeks etc. For some strange reason, the system sometimes does not show customers the first week that I am in their work-space - it shows the week after which is when I'm usually not there!

Comments: Implementing 10to8 has been one of the best things I have done for my business.
It has saved me hours of time every day and a lot of money: Firstly by virtually eliminating no-shows and secondly, it has freed me from lengthy and time-consuming booking and scheduling discussions as now I can just give clients the link and they can see instantly what is available and book it themselves.
The free SMS make 10to8 stand out as they have been invaluable to stopping no-shows and they make my business look more professional from the moment of booking.
Once in the system, 10to8 is very easy to use and I can see my schedule at a glance, including what each client is coming for and therefore how much revenue I am due to generate that day/week.
Booking appointments with clients couldn't be more simple. It takes just a couple of clicks and they are in the diary.
The only downsides are that they have mot yet released an Android app which makes it hard to view on my mobile because the web version does not adapt to mobile screen size although it is possible to view and use.
Also the buttons and widget to add the booking system to websites are a bit ugly. But that's not the worst thing in the world.
To make it the perfect system, I would like to see PayPal integration as well as Stripe, and a means of linking clients to a secure clinical notes system as currently I have to use different software for that.
But I would be lost now without 10to8 and I heartily recommend it to any business that uses appointments.

On moving to a new diary system, this has proved fairly easy to get to grips with.

Comments: It works decently well, but is very slow to refresh, especially when there are many clients and service providers. There's also an annoying bug where the time resets to 1-hour slots when changing appointment types and dates. It's also impossible to cancel or change slots once they have passed, which is a problem in the real world with clients changing appointments last minute.

Comments: I love that this online scheduler is free for small businesses! I have found it relatively easy to use, and love that it comes with an app so scheduling can be done remotely and from a smart phone rather than only via computer. My favorite features are the multiple appointment reminder options and the ability for a client to see other available appointment times and request to reschedule their appointment within certain parameters--both of which are significant time savers for small business owners so you can spend more of your time doing what is most important to you and your business! I also like that the software will allow you to book an appointment at a time that overlaps with an event in my personal Google calendar without requiring me to delete/move the item from my personal calendar.

The cons of the software is that I have been unable to find an easy way using the app to block out sections of a day one is usually available as unavailable without scheduling an appointment with oneself. I would also like a notification to appear if an email address was not imported as part of an imported contact for some reason which makes it so that that person cannot receive email reminders about their appointments. Perhaps most importantly, I have also had clients reply to the donotreply@10to8 address that sends the appointment reminers---not realizing it was a "do not reply" address---so I would like to see an automated reply be sent to all who send a message to the do not reply address indicating that that address is not monitored and to contact the business directly by phone or phone.

Comments: I really enjoy having 10to8.com for my online booking and appointment reminder services. When I initially set up 10to8 I had a bit of an issue figuring out why it wouldn't allow me to set my own country/time zone but a quick email and they fixed that very quickly. 10to8 allows my customers to schedule their own appointments online easily through my Facebook business page or the provided website. I also have the system text reminders to my clients which has reduced my no-show rate drastically. I am an independent contractor so I really appreciate that the service is free until I either expand my business or need to upgrade to their next tier. One thing is certain - I have been very happy with their service and their rapid customer service and I will be staying with 10to8!

Comments: This software has really made my life easier. I had been looking for a booking system for a while having previously used doodle poll to notify students of available times. This is much better - my students can book their own lessons and this saves a lot of time. If they need to cancel they let me know and I cancel the lesson which then is free for someone else to book. I had some initial problems syncing with my iCal diary, but that was resolved by 10to8 and since then it has all run smoothly. The customer service was great. The free 100 appointments per month is enough for me, but for businesses that need more the fees seem reasonable. Highly recommended and

In the early days of using it, one client suggested that the standard format of military time was unappealing. At the time there was no way to change it. Comments: When I first started using 10to8, I very quickly became used to using the interface but after some time away, I had to readjust to the newly introduced interface. Initially I thought that some features had been disabled but I realized that it was practically the same set-up. However, I preferred the bigger icons on the first interface....now they are a little too small for my liking :-) The app is very well designed indeed. It is clear and crisp and a pleasure to use. Alerts are very good ++ and sharp. The overall communication of meetings, scheduling, alerting customers is top rate and unmatched. I am very impressed with this package so far but....but.....as I have mentioned before in a couple of emails, if this package is to be 5 star +, in my books, you need to incorporate the facility to book classes ie. more than one customer in any given time. Comments: I have been using 10to8 in my acupuncture practice for a few months now and my clients love it. It makes the whole issue of booking appointments easy. I have it embedded in my website, so clients can go online and book at any time of day or night. No need to worry that I can't always answer my phone, and the automatic appointment reminders work a treat. It's simple to set up and easy to use.
It isn't perfect, but the lovely people at 10to8 are always listening to feedback and working to improve things where they can. All in all, it's a great system to use.

Comments: Overall, I'm extremely happy with 10to8. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is purely an online service. This means that should one rely on 10to8 exclusively for booking appointments, when there are connection problems, ones business is effectively crippled until connection is restored. Due to poor mobile coverage, I find the mobile app useless (no fault of the app of course - it works well on the rare occasion I have a good enough signal to be able to use it).
The best improvement for me that 10to8 could take would be a standalone program/application that one could install on a computer that then syncs with the online system.
The only other niggle would be that some clients have complained that they have to confirm the appointment each time a reminder is sent. Could there be an option not to ask for the confirmation? (I never receive them anyway).

Comments: NB, no experience of your customer services so can't rate it, but had to so put three! I am not a member of the Neals Yard shop team, I am a therapist who uses the diary passively.

I think it works fine, but very slow to load. I have a macbook and need to go on to Google Chrome for it to work at all - usually I use Safari. So, I would have rated you much higher but for this. Since it takes so long to reload, it is annoying if I have it up, but want to refresh to see if any changes have been made. Indeed, I forgot that I hadn't refreshed once and missed a patient. Very embarrassing. Can't blame the system for that, though.

It looks really classy, and offers all I need: sending SMS & email reminders, allowing my clients to book slots directly with me (I've embedded the booking form on my Facebook page as well as my personal website, clients love it!), taking payments, tracking no-shows, room booking, custom fields against clients, handling my diary on desktop and mobile, all data is safe and stays in sync at all times. I can even get my part-time receptionist and accountant to log in and help out with diary management and accounting. Can't believe it's free!

I've just been adding custom integrations too, of which they have plenty. It integrates with MailChimp & Google Calendar and plenty more

Comments: I am a chiropractor and started using 10to8 to help cut my no shows. The reminders are sent by email and text and it's basically cut all of my no-shows out. The team were really helpful when I was getting set up.
