Extremely easy implementation.

Excellent customer service.

Fast response to any and all questions.

Changes are made in minutes.

Even when we thought we might need a new time clock, it would not have been a wait.

Have not found one yet.

Overall

Excellent service, software, and product. I would highly recommend.

Pros

Wendy, our implementation specialist, was wonderful and worked hard for us. The system is feature-rich. The system meets our needs both now and in the future if we expand. It is scalable. Employees find it easy to use and a good tool.

Cons

Having so many reports and abilities can be a bit overwhelming at first.

Overall

I would definitely recommend this! It is just as good as ADP's ezLabor, if not better! Plus Wendy rocks!
