Pros
I just opened my shop and was spending more time looking and trying programs that I needed to. That is until I stumbled upon accutrack shop pro.
I found it easy to use and got up and running in the same day.
I like the fact that I can access my shop from my iPhone too.
Cons
Haven't found any yet,
Overall
I highly recommend it. Great program and excellent price too.

Pros
As a garage we expended our services and also purchased a new garage management software to better fit our needs. Accutrack is excellent choice for us. We have 10 users of the program and they all access the information from a different electronic devices. It works great! We like the quick invoice and the whole invoicing process which helps our mechanics in training with an understanding of a proper work flow. Our customer data base is easy to review and the charts are helpful. I am excited to learn more through their webinars.
Cons
I dont like the code while signing into Accutrack but understand it's for the safety of our shop and work we do.
Overall
I say yes to Accutrack shop pro! support for this product is Fantastic!

Pros
We purchased this software not knowing if it will actually work for us as we used quick books. I was a bit nervous to upload it and use it. Their customer support was absolutely great, they called back within an hour, helped me to register and recommended tutorial videos to understand the product. Now, almost 4 months later, the boys in a garage will tell you I swear by it. From invoicing, customer data base, to our garage inventory, wages, our garage was never in better standing. Our mechanics like the access to the customers via email as it is a lot easier to get hold of our clients by email.
Cons
Does not fill the full screen, but I guess that is a plus also as I can see the other stuff on my screen.

Greatly recommended!.

Pros
I highly recommend this software. We have found it easy to use and the support is the best we have experienced.
For their or any price I do not think you will find other software that is as feature rich. Certainly better than Lankar or Mitchell which we have tried in the past.
Their online videos and tutorials are of great assistance in getting up to speed fast.
Cons
Have not found any to date. Just a great software product.
Overall
Awesome! Certainly worth the $99.99 price tag. Also comes with free lifetime updates.
