Pros
Customer Support is always available. Data entry is easy to learn and teach. The program is very user friendly. I like having a test side that we can train on.
Cons
Sometimes it is hard to reverse something on your own. But customer support will always take care of what you need.
Overall
I would recommend this product to anyone with a charter airline or repair station that has items to track.

Pros
Excellent system. Great for management of all supply related transactions for tracking aircraft parts from receipt, issue, repair, return and inventory. A large varity of management reports are available with the system to help improve your logistics support and accountability of assets. Customer Support is top notch. With a simple phone call, questions are normally answered on the spot and proplems are resolved quickly.
Cons
As with any new program, training to some extent is a must. For ease of implementation, I would recommend training for every user.
Overall
This is a system that can do it all. I strongly recommend this system for any company with aircraft support and supply functions.

Pros
Cost / Product ratio is great. Great product and support for the cost. Meets our needs very well.
Cons
Not the most swoopie program. A little dated. Sometimes it seems that the program does not comunicate well with itself. It has several "sections" but the sections do not talk. IE. Logpages and aircraft parts masters. Removing a part off the logpage you would think it would also remove it from the aircraft? Nope.
Overall
an 8.5 out of 10
