Pros
EasyAppsOnline is a great program that allows our clients to fill out less paperwork each year. There is no messy handwriting and it reduces the risk of missing information.
Cons
Navigation for employees can be confusing at times, initial log in issues, and employees not comfortable filling out personal information online.
Overall
We love using this since it was implemented in April of 2008. CTTS Productions has been a wonderful partner with our company. We have been able to offer a feature to clients that is beyond valuable and time saving. CTTS has created a product that is efficient and well received. The staff is always responsive to our concerns and willing to make the updates we request.

Pros
Before we purchased the easyapps system we would spend hours reviewing paper applications for missing information. With the Easyapps system, the individuals have to enter all the necessary information to complete the application process. The finished product is more accurate and legible!
Cons
Some individuals do not have access to computers. So we have to send a mobile unit out to enter the information for them.
Overall
I would highly recommend Easyapps Online! It has been a great time saver for our company and allows us to work more efficiently. This gives us an edge over the competition.

The program is wonderful in every way and surpassed only by the people behind it!
Cons
The only negative is having to share it with my competition.
Overall
I highly recommend the Easyappsonline program and the people that support it.
