Pros

The TuneTracker is a smooth sounding and economical alternative to the high-dollar automation systems. If I had it to do over agian, I would specify and purchase the same system. It runs 24/7.

Cons

Can't think of any.

Overall

I can't say that the system is intuitive but the manual that you download is pretty thorough. The only problems that I've had were quickly handled by Dane.

Pros

Pretty solid machines. Operating System rarely crashes. Easy to use software. Just a little programming knowledge and the TuneTrackers can run themselves for days/weeks/months on end. Amazing customer support. Really an exemplary company that understand the customer is key.

Cons

Slight learning curve. Added software is somewhat scarce or out of date... The only downside to using the BeOS operating system. Takes a little getting used to...but once you have it...no problems...
