Pros
In short, Simply "OutStanding". Great Software for developing HMI screens for Machine Control Systems to SCADA Systems. Includes plantwide process controls to Renewable Energy Control Packages for both Wind & Solar Control Systems to Educational Renewable Energy SCADA Control Systems. Also provides the software tools to enable Training Simulators for Renewable Energy Training programs for colleges, technicial schools to K12 schools.
Cons
Not switching over to InduSoft when this product first became available.
Overall
As Stated, InduSoft is Simply "Outstanding". They offer a Great Product at a very resonable cost and offer the very Best Engineering Support / Training Team.

Scaleable,Multi-datasource Compliant,Multi-Plc Drivers,Full Web and Mobile Device Compliant,FUll Integration with OS level DLL's.
This has been One of the Best tools i have had to Opportunity to Develop within for Datacollection. The Ease of Integration with any PLC brand makes this an Excelent tool For REAL-TIME DATA capture. IF You can Think of it Indusoft Built-in or Design Capable tools can Handle It.
If you dont have or Use Indusoft your Missing out on a Lost Cost very Powerful CDC/ETL/Transactional Tool.
Cons
Really no Major CONS are present for Me, but i Could see if Someone had Limited Knowledge of PLC'S/ VB or databases where They Might Struggle to Get started. So i would recomend That one should attend Indusoft BASIC/ Advanced Training Class to Assist you in Getting Started. their Training Staff are Very knowledgeable on Multi-PLC platforms/Databases and Datasources for Use within Indusoft. they take the time to Explain/Show and Test your knowledge in Class therefore allowing you to return to Your Site fully capable of developing Right out of the Gate.
Overall
Buy this tool once and You will see its Power to change your manufacturing enviroment.
