Pros
Awesome versatility and flexibility. Can be used to analyze virtually any kind of data. It's highly innovative ElastiCube technology provides a lot of leverage by being able to link multiple databases of differing formats together. Much more customization is possible by using the SQL expression window.
Cons
While it's certainly good enough to get you started, it needs more detailed documentation to outline more complex levels of functionality.
A less skilled user may need more help in this regard.
Overall
I'd give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. Once you've gotten it set up, it definitely pays off very quickly.
Documentation needs a bit of beefing up.

Low Cost/Benefit: Provides 90% of my needs with a low Cost of acquisiton and implementation
Cons
Still missing some features as dynamic ranges.
Overall
This product is a must to anyone who works with data retrieval, and needs a friendly GUI to the Decision Makers.
