Pros: Apart from being a fantastic tool in the office - I can see how the whole company is running from my desk - I find the mobile component of the software extremely useful. I've selected a range of KPIs that I want to keep an eye on, and I can simply log in on my phone and see exactly how the KPIs are performing. I no longer have to interrupt my staff all the time - I can just see for myself. Too easy.

Cons: I probably would like more mobile interaction with the Vreze software, but I hear it's in the works.

Overall: Perfect for a busy sales manager like myself.

Pros: This product is perfect for our needs. Being a cosmetic surgery clinic we have to keep on top of service/product use, staff and revenue, and Vreze does it all. We can set goals for staff and track their progress, we can see which services/products are used and view this usage on a graph. In addition, I can easily see on my computer the revenue generated by each service/product and/or staff member.

Cons: It took a little while to set up because we wanted to integrate our own business software, but it was worth the wait.

Overall: Great product for the cosmetic industry.

Pros: I find that with Vreze I can view blocks of sales data in graphs and immediately see which products and selling or not selling, and even compare various products in one graph. They can be printed out, too, and taken into meetings, which is helpful.

I also like that I can set KPI forecast levels on Vreze and see how the new data coming in performs against them. I get an email alert if the data drops below my set parameters, so that I can react quickly to any issues.

Cons: It's not really a con, but I'd like to receive an email alert as data information reaches progressive levels (mini goals), not just when the data reaches a single upper level or falls to a lower set level.

Overall: It's great. I log on and use it every day and has made life in the office much easier.

Pros: I'm a fairly new user of Vreze, but I already love the fact that I can give each of the consultants in the business various KPI objectives, then I can see first hand on my computer their progress without trying to track down the consultants all over the country, or making countless phone calls.

It's truly fabulous, and having such current KPI information in front of me also means that I'm always giving my manager the most up-to-date progress report during our weekly meetings.

Cons: Can't think of any yet...

Overall: I really do recommend Vreze for keeping track of employee KPIs.

Pros: My job at the play centre keeps me flat out practically every day, and I used to spend hours, often after my workday was over, trying to figure out how successful various sections of the business are (eg school visits, casual visits, parties etc), and therefore which sections are doing the best and worst at making the business money.

Since we had Vreze installed, it does all the work for me and saves me hours of time. It charts all the incoming revenue into its relevant play centre sections and shows me instantly if a section isn't doing so well. I can even input parameters for charting revenue goals going forward, which I'm just starting to do.

Cons: There are many areas of Vreze that I don't use, and aren't sure how to use effectively. However, I plan to call a Vreze consultant to go through it with me in the near future...

Overall: I've only been using Vreze for a couple of months but I'd be lost without it now. I totally recommend it.
