Pros

Great way to manage pipe line and every call. Innovative note taking features and searchable knowledge base made from my notes. Easy to use email marketing. Monthly subscription with no contract. Very affordable only $49 a month and they have specials if you follow them on twitter pretty often.

Cons

Needs templates for email
Needs social CRM functions.

I have definitely increased my business and the software is way way easier to use than ACT! and Salesforce.com. This software is designed for people exactly like me, running my own business only a few employees and focused totally on making me more money from my customers and leads, not reporting to some executives on how well i'm selling or how frequently I'm working my accounts. I think I would use this on the side to work my clients even if my company was forcing me into sales force or some other tedious system. I give it a solid A. It's a brand new product so there are lots of things that keep getting added that are pretty cool and innovative. They don't have an iPad AP but it works great as a saved bookmark from my browser. It works so much like a desktop ap that i don't even remember I'm on the web, but I can collaborate with everyone in real time wherever we are. We get out email campaigns in record time and more often for less money. Highly Recommend it.
