Pros
Step by step EZ Facility is very clear and easy to follow for everything from Payroll to scheduling. It really has made a big difference in the way that we do business. It is very nice to be able to see all lessons and rentals at all times on EZ. Training new users on how to use the system is a very easy task and makes learning new features very simple.
Cons
There are a few cons that come with this program as there will be with any system. One con is that it takes many steps to complete a task (however it is very easy to complete each one). The biggest con for me as a scheduler is making all cages available for easy booking. Changing of hours makes constant headaches for adjusting availability.
Overall
I would not know what to do with out this program, overall it has made my job much easier. With EZ on your side you will experience constant help in day to day tasks related to running an indoor facility.
