Pros
Easy to use; extremely capable & flexible; great support;
Meets needs of most business environments. Best product for the investment in software.
Each update/version offers more capability, features and ease of use.
This is the only software I have used where the upgrades are totally painless. All upgrade conversions are handled with virtually no manual work required. Compared to Great Plains and Solomon, which I have used, Activty is heavenly.
Cons
Some of the documentation a little vague as to where to fix warning and/or eror messages.
Overall
Great software. I've been using Activity since version one (1) and highly recommend the product.

Pros
You couldn't find a more helpful or knowledgeable staff.
Easy to implement and will be customized to your company.
Can sort and filter and report data any way you want.
Cons
Multiple steps to process transactions, but that does give you flexibility.
Overall
NQativ gives great customer service and support and their products are wonderful. They will save you time and money immediately.

Pros
Very user friendly, Nqative implements improvements when asked (if feasible) and great support team to work with.
Cons
Needs accounts receivable module interface (similar to AP - all within the same dataset), please.
An inventory module would be helpful too.
Overall
Great software to work with.

Pros
There are many pros, but to name a few:
Activity GL rollup reporting capabilities saved me hours of manually updating financial statements each month. Can create comparative reports for management rather easily. Exporting data to spreadsheets is easy and fast - a "must-have" for year-end audit schedule preparation.
Activity AP and AR - I don't use much of it personally, but my staff loves it.
Cons
I can't think of any.
Overall
We have been extremly satisfied with Activity. The GL was installed in 2005 and subsquent installation of AP in 2006 and AR in 2009. We have been customers since 1988 using the prior software application. Great customer service!
