Based on well known tools (SharePoint and Visio).
Fast implementation and low invest.
High acceptance due to ease of use and very transparent structure.
Support multilingual requirements efficiently.
Easy integration with other systems.

Cons

No date has been announced when QUAM will support SharePoint 2010 and Visio 2010

Overall

Through application of well known tools (SharePoint and Visio) this is a very simple and efficient entry into BPM requiring very little training.
