Pros

CCDS' solution is very flexible, reliable and their technical support is by far the best I have dealt with. They have very good understanding of call center environments and have been able to advise me on how my business can benefit most from the technology.

Cons

It is not the cheapest solution available, but given my experience with other providers, the slightly higher cost is well justified.

Overall

I would definitely recommend CCDS to anyone who is looking for a solution provider that deliver results and the peace of mind that comes with a reliable provider.
