Pros
One thing that i love about this tool is that it is very easy to use, so very easy to understand! Great customer service too!
Cons
So far, for the few months that I have been with Hosted Dialer, I have not encountered any issues with them.
Overall
I would recommend Hosted Dialer to anyone! I am very pleased with how it works for me and I want others to benefit from this great tool as well.

Pros
This dialer was really easy to set up for my agents and took me no time to get my agents ready to place calls. I barely had to do any training with them because this dialer is so straight forward! Getting started was a breeze and my sales rep is always able to answer my questions in a timely manner. I've already been seeing results since we started using this dialer. Good stuff!
Cons
I haven't encountered any negatives with this dialer
Overall
I give this dialer top recommendation! I have already referred a couple prospects to this solution and will continue to refer others in the future. Two thumbs up!

Pros
I used to use a dialer that was called a ViciDialer, and it was really confusing, Vioteck has a dialer that is really easy to use, they have training videos that explain things really well, the sales dept is great and friendly, they always answer when I call.
They have a small town feel but a robust dialer that not only dials, it emails, leaves voice mails, does three way calls, you name it.
Cons
I honestly cant think of anything to put here.
Overall
I have already recommended Vioteck to 3 other companies that I work with and will continue to do so, this thing is exactly what I was looking for.
