Pros

The idea and promises of the this program are great. It does have tons of great uses, like the emailing, management uses, etc. Could be great for event centers like I own, except when I first bought the cheap version every time I wanted to do something I couldn't, so I decided to just make the investment and bought everything. They promised it would do everything I asked them for and I think with small changes it could.

Cons

They tell you it will do all these things and it just doesn't. It has many bugs that the tech department doesn't understand and can't fix. The LIE everything I speak to them. Classic over promise under deliver. If I could do it all again I would NEVER BUY THIS PROGRAM.

Overall

Hard to use, tech support which I pay extra for is bad and they lie and promise to do stuff they never do, sales staff says it does everything you ask until after you buy it then it doesn't do anything you ask.
