calendar is colorful.

Cons

Customer service: thumbs down. Downloading the program onto different computers is a hassle. Trying to call support = leave a message and hope they call back; or they will try and nickel and dime you for every request. There is NO FREE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Even a simple address change (we moved and had to update our address through customer support; the program does not let the user do it yourself) cost $100! ...for 30 seconds of data entry that I could have done myself! Also, the program shuts down *inexplicably* at least twice a day.
