If you'll diligently use the program, the way RM teaches, your documentation is really bulletproof.

Cons

Because the program is so through, dotting every i and crossing every t, inputing a New Patient for the first time is somewhat time consuming (30-40 minutes. Once in however, routine soaps are just 60 seconds or so.

Amazing tool for producing needed PI reports with great ease. Very Complete

Have to enter in ALL vertebral levels instead of tham already being in the drop down menu. More Autocodes should be created in general, possibly even shared from all users in online database for all to login and pick and chose what others have created (after RM check for legality of course)

Not only is this easy, my reports are very professional now. A few clicks of the mouse and you are done

comprehensive and intuitively generated reports. Exceeded my expectations in performance and customer service. The product works great and the training videos are excellent. No support fees!

After becoming frustrated by my old vendor for poor communication and never ending tech support fees, I decided to go with RM and am very satisfied with what I've gotten. The price is more than fair and the staff at RM is eager to make sure I get the most out of the software.

Pros

I am looking forward to the upcoming upgrades to report master. The program is easy to use. I enjoy the report it generates, which makes for great referral source (by sending a copy to the patient's pcp etc...).

Cons

Report master lacks a kiosks type of station to allow and involve the patient to input into the computer their name, address, and complaints. (some urgent cares have such a sytem).

Overall

There is no doubt that report master is a great program. The program generates great report and allows you to 'add' in specific information.

Pros

Produces a quality soap note and report.
Covers all the bases important in writing a soap note.
Adaptable to one's own practice by using you own automated codes.

Cons

I wish the program had all the Mword features such as being able insert head/foot notes rather than have to exit the program and then go into "Report Master Reports" pulling up the patient's soap note and then going back into the Report master program.

Overall

This product is "Top Shelf". It's a useful product which increases the quality of care for your patient. I would not do without it in my office.
