Software was great a few years back!

Nancy Smith and Aubrey Kesterson are the owners of Quixote Software. They did not pay their bills with us. We are two of many unpaid vendors. They are 19 months in the rears as of this posting. No word from them on working out terms and they will not answer the phones. In our last conversation with Aubrey (one of the owners) more then a year ago He told us they could not pay us untill the had 10 sales a month...
I have recieved over 1000 calls for months now from doctors that have QuixoteSoftware stating that they can not get ahold of anyone in the Quixote support office and would I help them...even when I am not connected to Quixote. Questions and help needed range from simple Q&A to office that is down for weeks with no software running and can not get support.
Overall
WARNING:
This is a very poorly ran company on its way out of business.
Wise not to go with a company that can not pay their bills. Buyer beware. Look for other software. Check BBB

It is a .net software
Cons
The customer service and knowledge of te software is contracted out to a computer guy that knows nothing about the software. There are many errors and we don't get updates like we used to 5 years ago. The Soap portion is a joke.
Overall
Overall i would encourage you to look elsewhere for software.
