Overall

I bought this software to start my clinic from scratch. The fact that it has everything I need allowed me to start my practice without needing to shell out a lot of money for an office staff or an outside billing operation. The training was excellent and the continued customer support means that I never have to worry long about something the software does. They have always answered every question to the best of their abilities without making me feel stupid (since I am a doctor, after all, and not an IT tech).
The ability to customize my EHR screens to match my own personal exam flow has greatly enhanced my note taking without hindering patient care. The uploading/scanning capability has proven immensely helpful in keeping my files 100% electronic.
Having the scheduling, EHR, and ledger/billing information all in one software bundle has been a huge plus.
Also, their development team has been right on top of the Meaningful Use stuff, making attestation as easy as possible.
