Pros: Easy to learn and use. You can add on software as you grow. Very reasonably priced. The tech support is great very supportive. If the tech support isn't available Aaron will always help out.
They stay up to date on all the changes in health care. updates are inexpensive. Love EZBIS.

Cons: There are no negative aspects. EZBIS is a great product. User friendly and I wasn't a savvy computer person.

One of the better products out there!

Pros: This company has made my life easier! The software is so user friendly and their software support team is the best you could ever dream of. They are friendly and completely knowledgeable in what they do. Transitions of any kind are so easy with them. I can't run my business without EZBIS and would recommend them to every chiropractic office!!!

Comments: Our clinic has used EZ Bis software since July of 2004 and we have been very satisfied the entire time. The software has worked great and the customer service has been excellent. Even with all the health care changes over the last five to 10 years including EHR, PQRS, Meaningful Use, and ICD 10 coding, the EZ Bis software has always been ahead of the changes. Great company, great software, and 14 years of great service!

Comments: I found the software easy to learn. When we added the Collection Desk module my day became much easier. I loved how quickly the electronic remittance advice posted payments to each patient's account. Tech support was very friendly. The only down side was being in a different time zone.

Our office has been using EZ BIS since the late 1980's. Excellent!!!

Comments: EZ BIS is the best "complete" software for the chiropractic office! In today's market, with many "gadgets", it is easy for a new graduate to be persuaded to utilize other software that "appears" to have everything. Unfortunately, what new graduates are not equipped to evaluate is the long term productivity for all aspects of the office (ease of data entry, billing, collections, and follow up just to name a few). An excellent chiropractic software is not just EHR with all the "enticing bells and whistles". One aspect about the software that is a definite pro is that the system has built in capabilities of performing a singular task through different means based upon how you want your office to function. This feature is exceptional as all offices function differently, having different procedures and different staff completing separate functions. In the 30 years I have worked with this software, I have always been completely satisfied with the updates and especially the customer service. Words can not express the patience the customer service department has to solve any problem and take suggestions for future improvements. Throughout the past 30 years, I have had the privilege to speak with many other offices about their software, only to find we definitely made the correct choice. Thank you Aaron (sales) for always answering any question we have!

Comments: We have used EZ Bis software for over 25 years. It is one of the easiest software programs to use. It is intuitive, user friendly, it's features match the needs of our office without extra unnecessary things to complicate it, and importantly - it's affordable. EZ Bis has updated the program over the years to meet the demands of the healthcare industry, and many of the updates are based on feedback from their customers. Our office uses the coding, billing, and appointment systems. We provide medical services in our office, so the "treatment notes" program does not meet our needs, but there is no problem using two software programs. Our medical EMR software does have appointment and billing components, but they are complicated and illogical. Our EZ Bis software is the better choice, by far. We have had some glitches over the years, as you will with ALL software. However, the support staff has always worked diligently to fix our issues. You can tell they all sincerely care about their customers, they are knowledgeable, they work hard to do a good job, and there are MANY staff members who have been with EZ Bis for 10 or more years - some have been there since we purchased our software in 1991! I never hear a "new voice." You don't find that in many companies these days. That says a lot about this company!

The program appears to be very user friendly at this point.

Comments: When we opened our office we purchased Ez Bis Office Software which included everything we needed to start our practice; (appointment scheduling with reminders available; billing; collections; etc...) because several colleagues had recommended this software.

When we learned that it was going to be mandatory to use electronic health records and become paperless we started researching pros and cons between the different types of software available. Being a "server based" system was more appealing to us; especially after hearing horror stories of clinics losing years of data with "web based" software. With a server based system I am in control of the back ups. Even more important was the fact that if the internet were to go down it would not cease all patient care.

** This actually happened recently; we were without internet for two days! With a web based server we would have had to utilize wi-fi (a possible security risk) and that is only if the wi-fi could connect. We had no issues what so ever. Crisis averted!!

All of the software available for health records say they are customizable, the catch is YOU have to customize all of it. Ez Bis is extremely user friendly. We were able to customize our clinics EHR to mirror our travel cards we had designed. This was HUGE as learning to utilize electronic health records can be quite intimidating. Ez Bis comes to you with built in tutorials and searchable manuals, and if you need assistance you get to speak to a real-live person who cares about the job they are doing!

We highly recommend choosing Ez Bis as your clinics software~ it truly is the total package and you won't be disappointed!

Comments: I began working with E-Z Bis in 2005. I became blessed by being trained by JULIA. The support, knowledge, and expertise that this company offers is 10 stars and top notch. After working with E-Z Bis I was introduced to several other software companies and options. The amount of revenue lost by investing in new start-up companies and working through them with their growing pains, made me realize that every office should have E-Z Bis. Most of my experience has been with Chiropractic and Holistic Health. I am now in a full Integrative Clinic and am so excited to be going back to my roots and will be ordering the office E-Z Bis!!!!!

I'm in practice today because of EZBIS....I would not have been able to cope without it and them.

Comments: The software itself is sufficiently complex to cover all the issues but is straight-forward and essentially easy to use. The remote access feature is surprisingly comforting in that it makes it certain that the issue is seen by the rep and makes instruction in how to do or not do it (whatever the issue is) again. The most valuable part of EZBIS is the support staff, far and away! They know their product inside out, are very gracious when dealing with a confused customer, never fail to make sure the issue is resolved to full satisfaction and that no other issues are lurking over the horizon, and have a light heart ( which in and of itself reflects very well on EZBIS management and their staff training program ...including sales staff training, BTW).

I've been using EZBIS for almost 20 years now. I think its great and very versitile.

Comments: I have had multiple clinics and clinic types with all types of physicians. No matter what we have wanted it to do, it always has or they found a way to help us accomplish our goals. I think it is very reasonably priced and well done. I'd also highly recommend their yearly maintenance contracts which save you money and hassle.

Comments: We first went into Chiropractic practice in 1989, and went computerized in 1990. Our very first software has been our go-to software since that time: E-Z BIS! We feel that we have grown along with the company (Started out using the DOS program!). We have no desire to change, since E-Z Bis meets all of our chiropractic needs. And we don't even utilize all of the things the software can do! The support is great; they are always willing to help you solve a problem or figure out the answer to a question. We have no desire to ever change our chiropractic software company. They are the best!

Comments: The office has used EZBIS since 2004 and I have been using it for 5 years now. The day I started the front desk person quit so I had to teach myself to use the software. Very easy to follow and learn and the support staff was amazing in helping me out and answering all of my questions. They have by far the best customer support I have ever dealt with. They always know what I am trying to accomplish and are very friendly and helpful. The switch to ICD-10 has been easy with no issues at all. I cannot say enough good things about this company, the people and the software.

Comments: The professionals at EZBis truly care about their clients success and work over and above to secure such. The software is focused for the Chiropractic clinic and the support given by the company to each client is beyond compare. My experience with EZBis has existed since 1989 as I have used their software personally in 5 different clinics operating as Office Manager. I became an EZBis Certified Trainer, traveling to clients locations offering training in all areas, since 1997 and have witnessed this software company evolve in all areas that are necessary for their clients to become successful and efficient clinics in their daily operations. The support/sales teams are truly professionals and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They conduct nationwide training seminars and offer on-site training if requested. I highly recommend this software for the doctor who wants to purchase a software that will grow with your clinic as needed.

However, we recently bought, and tried out, what we thought was going to be bigger and better software. Well, not so much. Dumped it after three weeks and went back to our tried and true EZBIS. Comments: I have personally used the EZ BIZ software for 17 years now. I enjoy the fact that we can provide suggestions to EZ BIZ for future development of their product so that it will fit our daily needs. The software is not only efficient to use in EHR, but it can also easily be modified to include valuable notation that is specific from the treating doctor. The front desk module and filing module tie in directly with EHR as well. We would highly recommend exploring the opportunity to bring EZ BIZ to your practice!

Comments: We've been with Ezbis for 18 years now and are thankful we've stuck it out together. Both of our businesses have seen growing pains in that time but Ezbis has continue to improve their function and performance. Without a doubt, Ezbis has the best customer support around and we joke with the Customer Support team that they are practically family now. The yearly customer service agreement is worth every penny for those times you have questions or don't understand a concept. Thank goodness they are patient too! We use all of the available modules and are happy with what they bring to our daily office experience.

Comments: We "inherited" the software over 12 years ago when purchasing our practice from another doctor. We find it very user-friendly and have trained numerous staff members quickly. We appreciate the changes being made to keep things current, especially with ICD-10 coming soon. We will be adding the update to make the coding easier. An office can purchase just the modules they require, or the entire system. We have looked at other software, and always decide to stay with EZBIS.

Comments: I've had nothing but positive experiences with this company and product . EZBIS continues to improve and add modules that are necessary to keep our business flowing like a well oiled machine. Tech support is also very accommodating. I guess if I had one complaint it would be that our office is open on a Saturday and tech support is not available at that time but we seldom have that many issues. I recommend this software to most doctors I know and have converted many to this product. It's priced very reasonably and the Collection desk is the most awesome time saver in existence. Why wait? Make your office more efficent and smooth and enjoy your day with patients.

Comments: We started using EZ Bis in 2000 to ensure we wouldn't have any problems with the "Y2K scare". We have been happy customers since! The program is user friendly and customer service is always courteous and doesn't treat you like your issue is silly or something you should have figured out yourself even when its a breeze for them to fix. Comments: I've been using EZ Bis since I bought my practice 5 years ago. I had used other systems in the past, but I get more control in EZ Bis. Only con I've encountered is the formating and layout of the daily notes it creates. Collections, filing, most of the EHR are easy to learn and use.

This has been used and updated in our office since 1982. Customer service/tech support are awesome.

Comments: Pros outweigh the cons for this software. They brought us from DOS into window operating systems and updates as needed to keep pace with the industry. EHR and meaningful use requirements were smooth with the assistance of EZ-Bis's assistance. Charge card integration into the software has made processing patient payments a breeze.

We subscribe to the annual service contract and any issues we have are addressed with a phone call to the best customer service representatives and technical advisors ever.

Have been using this software for 22 yrs-very easy to use!

Comments: Great support-worthwhile to get there yearly support program this makes it easy for new staff or questions that need technical support.
Wish that it had the ability to be more social media savvy ie, unlimited texts, newsletters and patient reviews.

Comments: The software is user friendly, the technical upgrades continue and are easily integrated - we use all of the current modules except the patient sign in software - we don't need it. But after almost 4 years of use - it continues to get better. The customer service and technical department personnel are also friendly and respectful and most importantly effective. Training is great and if you need more they are there for you and your team. The only downside is that the reports are not more easily customized for our particular needs, but in general the existing report templates are sufficient.

The most dependable for a large practice.

Comments: PROS: There are way too many to list! However, for us, the main attractions are ease of use, flexibility, and customer support. We presently have 3 locations, Chiro, PT, and Medical. Because there is always some one new at one of the offices, ease of use and the ability to train someone quickly is paramount.

Ezbis makes the training easy. They'll even log on and help train someone.

The system is flexible and does things other systems do not address. Can you enter a new patient, hit a button and have all their insurance verified and inserted into their account? You can with Ezbis. Dreading January 1 because you have to reverify ALL your patients again? In Ezbis, you pull up the patient's account, click 2 buttons and boom - its all inserted for you. No calls to the carrier means we literally save hundreds of hours per year! In the medical world special "NDC" numbers are a required to bill certain procedures. Ezbis inserts them automatically. Same issue with modifiers and fees - once set up, Ezbis inserts them automatically. The doctor doesn't have to deal with them! Even CPT code variations are dealt with automatically. Ever get a denial from Medicare or United when billing 97014? Ezbis can be trained so that when you hit the "stim" button it adds G0283 for those carriers. In a large office with lots of staff we can't have multiple buttons for the same service without making errors (one for medicare, another for united, another for other insurance, another for cash, etc.). In our offices we need the computer to be simple and help to create efficient workflows. I could go on and on.

When it comes to support they can't be beat. Yes, you may have to wait on hold for a few minutes at peak times - but they'll usually fix the issue right then. Is it 100%? Nobody is, but it beats the heck out of waiting for a response for 3 days (yes, I waited 3 days from a software vendor).

CONS: The EHR could be, and should be faster (1 star deduction under ease of use). Appointment reminders are great but get expensive for a large volume. I would also like outcome assessments to populate the check in kiosk based on where the patient is in their treatment program.

I have owned three other systems and researched most of the other players. For us Ezbis is the clear winner.

Comments: Pro: Built in CPT and ICD-9 code even for most of medical condition and ICD-10 ready.

Con: Too many windows to be open for any any input needed to be done. Cannot move patient from one to another in general patient information area without opening another search window, limited search function - not even have ability to search with first name, etc. too many to list.

Pros: They have the best customer service and tech support. If you are having trouble doing a task, they will log on and do it for you while you watch and LEARN. Makes filing insurance a dream. Scheduling appointments are easy for months out, even years. I love this program and I've used several others, nothing comes close to this!

Cons: I do NOT have any any yet. If I've ever had a problem EZ-Bis staff have been right there. If I miss something they CAll ME! Now that is customer service.

Overall: LOVE IT!!!

Pros: Easy to use, complete front desk software. Good support. Very fast input and looking up information, integrates well with Docuplus. Was affordable, quality software, with easy to read screens and layout.

Cons: Very frustrating report creation, and the numbers are wrong frequently (not in the actual billing part, just the reports) so almost worthless for practice management. Also has no clinic notes component (at least, not when we got it).

Overall: Overall, would highly recommend E-Z Bis, as long as have another method of evaluating practice such as quickbooks. It has served us well for years, and we had evaluated many others prior to choosing E-Z Bis.

E-Z BIS does indeed offer integrated daily notes. Our product is modular in design, so doctors can purchase exactly those features that make the most sense for each practice.
