inability to delete portions of setup
does not merge easily with Outlook calendar
cannot bypass conflicts for approval of events
reports are cumbersome...too many spaces, info, pages
can only get reports of approved events
Overall
Overall this has been a great resource to manage space and events. I would encourage better setup guidelines. I found that it was trial and error as to how to set up spaces, forms, resources and services. Then found out I couldn't delete things in these categories so it continually makes it confusing for users. When we can delete them users have already embedded them in their events so cannot delete at that point. Makes things look very "untidy".

Easy for people who are scheduling events.

No great sub-administrator reports.
Sub-admins don't actually approve their area(s) (unless we have it setup wrong).
Overall
I'd recommend MinistrEspace to those organizations who want a good solution at a great price.

Pros
Easy to view and utilize the calendar functions. Customer support is super responsive. Easy to begin using as a new user.
Cons
Needs more reporting options, but product is continually being enhanced, so hopeful that this feature will improve and more choices be added.
Overall
HIghly recommend using this calendar. Was not involved in implementation when we converted over to this calendar, so cannot speak accurately to difficulty or ease of implementation. But easy to use otherwise, and support personell constantly seeking feedback and improvement opportunities.

Easy to use once I understood it. I may still have questions at times.
Thanks for fixing it so that I can see the yellow and white lines on the days.
Cons
Would like for an event to go to the date it was entered for so I can confirm that it reserved the space or made the change rather than to todays date.

Pros
MinistrEspace has put smiles on faces! For years we have struggled with confusing, hard to use software that did not have the features or price we were looking for. Espace is laid out in a logical order that makes it easy and training our 19 users was a snap! Our Buildings and Grounds crew also give eSpace a big thumbs up for an easy to use ???day at a glance??? and a calendar with some cool ???hover??? features that lets them easily see what rooms they need to set up for events and how they are to set them up. When creating an event to reserve a room, the user is taken easily through a step by step process. In closing I would like to state again how implementing MinistrEspace at NorthCreek Church has solved many of our room management problems and will save us hundreds of dollars a year over the subpar room management company we used to use. We could not be more satisfied with MinistreSpace.
Cons
Because this software is relatively new, there are some features that have not been developed or rolled out yet. None of the features that we would like are crucial to managing our rooms here at NorthCreek, but would help us in our efficiency. Features like being able to choose which events you want to see on the main calendar, having the calendar default to a "full calendar" view, transferring events from one user to another user, etc... are in the works but have not been rolled out yet.
Overall
I highly recommend this software. We were using a program that was 4 times as expensive and not nearly as user friendly. Using eSpace is a win-win situation; easy on the pocket book and easy to use! Our 19 admins who use this software love it and we could not be more satisfied with this product.

Pros
Customer service, ease of use, easy to make changes
The monthly view, the color coding, teaching others to use it....web based so not stuck to one station to work on it--allows for all parties to use a central calendar and communicate with eachother from wherever they are. Scheduling ability is only limited to your imagination.
Cons
None so far. All changes, requests, needs have been met. The only thing I don't "like" is the daily view on teh calendar, but I never use it. I only use the monthly view, so it doesn't actually affect me in a negative way.

This is the lowest stress calendar I have used in the last 6 years...and I wouldn't trade it for anything but a cool solutions upgrade.
