Comments: Managing conference room bookings shouldn't be a challenge. And in an organization that's using Office365, it isn't. But when you're sharing space with multiple subtenants this becomes more complicated. We tried making this work with shared Google calendars, which was cumbersome. After a bit of looking around, we found Skedda. While we don't make full use of everything Skedda has to offer (e.g., payment processing), its interface, permission management and iCal features make it a great solution for us. Customer service is fantastic and they are committed to timely and thoughtful enhancements. I wish there was a companion app, but Skedda's mobile optimization is quite good.

Comments: You guys are excellent at helping me out with lots of curveball questions - and sometimes ignorant ones. Most of the ideas i have or desires, it seems you guys are either working on already, or agree to put on the docket. Biggest issue is integration with other platforms (e.g. online event rental platforms, a real gcal with access for each individual room instead of a mass RSS). A few fixes like that, plus your name developing so that the big guys come to you to integrate, you'll be incredible. Keep it up.

Pros: It is so simple to use and you update a whole year of regular bookings in a matter of seconds

Cons: It would be great if when booking slots, we could change the colour of the boxes to make it instantly recognizable who has booked

Overall: From the day of my first enquiry into Skedda the team have been a great help and have been there to answer any questions that have come up in a really quick and proffessional manner.
The system itself is incredibly user-friendly and everyone using it from our office has picked it up in a matter of minutes.
Skedda is a great product at an even better price!

Pros: It allows us to manage the bookings of our meeting rooms

Cons: I think it's a relatively new software so sometimes it has some issues, but they roll out updates pretty frequently. We have a mild issue with double booking because people can't see which room they have booked unless they are an administrator.

Overall: We used Skedda to manage the seven meeting rooms in our small office. The biggest issue we face is people just taking rooms without actually booking them. it still happens, but significantly less since we started using skedda.

Comments: Form the ease of setting up to the simple booking system the Skedda bookings is fantastic. We use this to run our home games for the entire club (21 teams). It allows each coach to go in and check what pitch is available and what time its available before booking it. I oversee everything and can book on behalf of a team or edit, cancel if required.

Great product and would recommend it to everyone.

Comments: I have tried four online booking systems over the last 18 months, with each of the others, there has been a complication that has made for difficulties in the administration even with the best possible support from the web managers. Not so with Skedda it has shown itself to be a powerful system the free version is very generous and flexible. Very easy to set up and the difficulties I had to start with ( which were of my own making ) were rapidly sorted out by the site admin. team.
I would like see slightly more control of the users information but that is being refined bit by bit.
The feed back I get from my users is that it is robust, easy to use and reliable.

Comments: Skedda changes the way we manage our bookings, that rocks!
Actually there are two things I would like to improve,
first is the calendar display, it would be great if:
a) the calendar display weeks and not only days
b) you could embed the calendar in a prettier way
second is the number of entry displayed in the page (like how many bookings, how many users etc), you can not set 50 entry/20 entry etc.

Comments: I'm Club Secretary of a thriving Youth Football Club and constantly on the look out for ways to revolutionise the way we do things. Everyone involved in the running of the club is a volunteer and like most people, time is precious and better spent coaching the kids than battling admin.

With numerous teams across age groups ranging from U5's to U18's, one of our problems has always been allocating the pitches that we have, whether it be for training or for matches. Skedda has now completely removed this headache for us, making it very easy for us to see when and where there is likely to be a fixture clash. I've given all of the coaches admin access to the site and they can enter their own fixtures and rearrange kick-off times to suite.

I would definitely say that Skedda is an absolute must for all sports teams and as we approach the end of our first season using it, I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The customer service levels have been spot-on also, with any early queries I had answered swiftly and with good humour.

Top job guys, keep up the good work.

Comments: I was searching for something for our non-profit community organisation to book rooms for consultation, training and counselling services.

It had to be easy to use, clean user interface, and do what we needed without having to spend a fortune, (being a non-profit organisation, we simply don't have funding for enterprise scale software.)

Skedda came to the rescue! What an amazing product!

Our volunteer staff are not computer savvy by any means but have easily adapted to Skedda's ease of use and clean look, taking very little training to get them operating with confidence.

The customer service team has been outstanding, and always reply back with any questions I have. It is evident that they actually care about the development and the user experience, for that we are truly grateful.

Comments: We were dealing for more than a year trying to find a solution to manage our meeting rooms inside our space. All the systems we tried needed a lot of manual work to manage payments, booking, etc.
With Skedda we finally find an easy booking system for our users, that can be self managed. If you have a coworking space, Skedda it's what you need!

Comments: We use this for reserving conference rooms at our office building, which is shared by both on-site and virtual tenants. The ability to quickly see real-time room availability in an appealing visual layout is invaluable. Also, booking repeating reservations or multiple rooms is very simple. Customer service is always responsive and timely.

Comments: I first found Skedda last August and was very excited about the possibilities of using to schedule a 40+ soccer facility. At that time, it would not accommodate that many locations. I used for small facility scheduling for the winter and worked great, report that was generated did not show actual space booked. Since then, they have made updates to include the spaces in the reports and to accommodate up to 60 spaces. Currently using to schedule over 50 locations. The ical link is awesome to pull into other calendars. Now our parents can find out exactly when and where they practice and teams can find open space to book games. Great Job!

Comments: Our business manages a sports facility with a wide variety of sporting facilities: tennis, soccer, badminton, basketball, netball and volleyball. As such, it can be complicated to link in the various facilities together so that it remains user friendly whilst also being functional in making one space unavailable should another parent space be booked out. Skedda has managed to help achieve this and I have found that they have always responded in a timely manner with all our queries too. Admittedly we have occasionally detected some minor flaws within the booking system however again they have responded quickly to and address and resolve these issues. So overall we have been satisfied with our use of Skedda over the last 6 months and we expect to continue using Skedda for some time yet.

Comments: A great system for those who need offsite sporting facility use management. As with anyone using a credit card to support a booking there will be a minimal amount of invalid uses. The volume is not significant to warrant more stringent processing / applications though they are available if required. Response time and details from Skedda staff are also great and always have the correct response first up.

Comments: We looked around at different online booking systems but what made Skedda stand out from the rest was that Skedda was so easy to use and embed into our website. And most importantly for us was the fact that we had someone on the end of an email helping us to set it up and whenever we had a question, we always got a prompt reply which was really important in getting the booking system to do exactly what we needed from it.

Comments: I really like the Skedda Booking software.
I like the clean viewing and easy-to-use features.
Though some important features that other software on the marked have are missing (p.e. acceptance of the booking by a supervisor or a secretary, the booking of specific electronic equipment available for the rooms, ecc.)
I find the cost of the premium edition expensive, especially if the software is used by little churches or non-profit organizations like mine. Unfortunately for this reason I will not use or buy Skedda Bookings.

Comments: These guys have made our lives so much easier and bookings have actually increased since we made everything online and automated. Genius. Love the compatibility with Stripe for payments, straight into bank account, no hassle, no fuss, no dealing with fussy customers who want the moon on a stick... they all book online and payment is taken straight away. Comments: I'm not really techie savvy...so discovering this booking system & the support that comes with it, was a great help. We are still in the launching process of our site and the Skedda team have gone out of their way to help streamline settings , adding new features or answering questions from non techie people in a helpful manner. Great things are a head for the Skedda Family.
