Pros: Ease of use and customizable fields.

Cons: Our church has a little bit of trouble locating the mobile app in the app store and then getting linked to our church.

Overall: Breeze has made it so simple for us to manage, reach and stay connected to our church. I can easily see Breeze being our Church Management site for years to come. After using excel spreadsheets when we first launched and then converting to CCB in our 2nd year, Breeze is what we have been looking for. Breeze customizes so easily. Our church members love the text tool, email tools, tags (people groups), a calendar that links to all our platforms and so much more. The Breeze mobile app has saved our office calls and tasks that people used to ask us for like phone numbers, addresses and directions. Our treasurer really likes how easy it is to enter contributions and print statements. We have only scratched the surface of what Breeze can do for our church. What attracted us to Breeze was the price but Customer Service, Features and Benefits will have us with Breeze for a long time to come.

Pros: Easy to use. Best value by a long shot. No premium features you have to pay more for. They continue to develop the system so they are always improving it.

Cons: It doesn't do attendance tracking by number. Use would need a separate system to track weekly church attendance. Not a big deal because there are free attendance tracker out there.

Overall: Our church started off with Church Community Builder but after the high price and difficulty of use we started looking for an alternative. After I did loads of research we settled on Breeze and I could be happier. They helped get our info transferred for free. The product is actually easy to use. They don't try to up sell everything... in fact there is nothing to up sell. It's all included. My favorite it texting. You can send a one way text to your people. The first 250 of every month is free then it cost a little for every text after.

Online giving- we used to use EasyTithe ( I still love EasyTithe) but we switched over to using Breeze for online giving too. It was easy and had all the same features as EasyTithe but all in one place.

Recommendations to other buyers: Teach you staff to use it early. Teach people one on one. On boarding can be slow but it is worth it.

Pros: Affordability, intuitive to use, can talk to a real person for support, full online reference support and videos.

Cons: Simple, so some features are not as detailed or robust, but with the continued updates, many features have improved with more options. Volunteer Scheduling might be the only feature to consider major improvements to make it easier to use, but it works nonetheless.

Overall: I am a volunteer at Westbrooke Church and a part of the communications team. We have been using Breeze Church Management System for the last 6 months. It is a very intuitive system that puts communication information and tools in the hands of not only the church staff, but to ministry leaders and volunteers as well. Breeze has provided us an affordable and simple way to organize, track, communicate, and report our church directory, giving, events, and so much more! We are excited to be using Breeze at Westbrooke Church!

Pros: Very easy to use and self-teach. Incredible price includes email and phone support - very quick response times. Super helpful staff.

Cons: Nothing really. Few functional things about button positions but very minor personal preferences.

Overall: We have been using Breeze for about four months and all I can say is WOW! I actually don't know how they offer what they do for the price they charge.

It really is a Breeze to use and if there is something you can't figure out for yourself a simple email or call to the support team and they will walk you through it....literally....as when I was having difficulty working out something with events and check-in, representative spent twenty minutes walking me through the actual process so that it was set up according to our specific needs and even showed me more shortcuts to make it easier.

Our previous CHMS provider would only provide phone support if we paid an extra fee on top of what was already fives times more than we pay for Breeze. Email support often took up to ten days to get a reply. Breeze is rarely more than 30 minutes to an hour.

Worried about exporting all your data...me too...I am not great with things like this...well don't worry because Breeze imported all of our people and financial data and in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to do it. Again...WOW!

We are a church of only 550 people and I have not found anything it cannot do up to now and what it does it does very simply. I keep thinking I will find something it cannot do or that is too complicated...but no, not yet!

I find there are some functional things I would personally change e.g. buttons in wrong place on screen that would be better located, but I know nothing about how these things are set up and they just may be something that is not actually possible - ultimately they are small things and probably just my own preference.

Simply put, if you are considering Breeze just do it! Breeze does what it says on the tin and is a pleasure and 'Breeze' to use.

Recommendations to other buyers: Just sign up. It is very simple to use. Has more features than you probably use but can grow into.

Pros: Ease of Use, breadth and depth of database

Cons: User permissions need more options with confidentiality items; ACH not available to pay for registrations except through outside vendor (PayPal, etc).

Overall: Breeze was a new concept to us - a small company big on functionality. Having come from an expensive ChMS that we discovered was big on extras and extremely short on the basics, we had band-aided our ChMS needs over 5-6 vendors, ending up with 4 complete and another partial database! In three months, we have migrated three of our functional databases - texting, contributions, and check-ins - completely over to one Breeze database! And it will soon do everything except Worship Service Planning and online giving for us (which will integrate with Breeze allowing us to maintain one central database)! Breeze has phenomenal Customer Support, and is continually listening to customer feedback and tweaking their system, all the while keeping things "simple" yet with the full depth of a true database. We love Breeze and are excited to roll out the rest of our systems -- calendaring and event planning top the list -- and explore pieces of Breeze that we have never had, even with our more expensive solutions! Way to go, Breeze!

Overall: We have been using Breeze for 2 years and have absolutely loved its ease of use and functionality. We weekly use the check-in features, giving tracking, calendar and people database. This software does everything we need to do on a weekly basis to keep our records in tact and in one place. The customization of profiles is also excellent so you can manage what individual users can access.

I highly recommend this church management software.

Comments: Last year our non-profit was looking for a new donor management software and I wish we had found Breeze when we were looking. We've been using an inferior product for the past 6 months, and that is super frustrating!

Breeze is super easy to use, very feature rich and has a very low price point which our ministry needed. They respond quickly to our needs, and even worked with a third-party developer to adjust their API to meet their needs!

I would recommend Breeze to any non-profit, or church.

Overall: Breeze is very easy to use. If tech support is needed, we always get a quick reply. When I can't find a feature and ask if it's available, it has always been there and I receive quick, easy to follow instructions on where to find it. I love the quick, informative videos that show how to use different functions. Our previous software was designed by our pastor and he is so pleased with Breeze and has commented on how happy he is with it. The price is unbelievably low at $ monthly with NO contract, NO startup fees, and NO hidden fees. Price includes tech support.

Overall: Breeze has fulfilled many needs for our church: a central database, a child check-in, a tool for our ministry leaders to easily connect with others, a sign up system, etc. There are some features we don't use such as payment collection and Finance reporting. But the features we use have helped tremendously. Breeze is easy for anyone to use, even those who aren't tech savvy. I love that it's cloud-based so I can make changes from home or on my phone. It's constantly being updated with new features added. There's so much to say, but it really comes down to the fact that it's aptly named...it's a breeze.

Pros: Ease of use, strong support structure, documentation/how to's and videos, look of the interface is user-friendly

Cons: Some features are very basic -- but that's a breath of fresh air compared to the complexities of our old system.

Overall: We came from a complicated software and Breeze has been a real breath of fresh air! We can do what we want when we want to. And best of all, training others on the new system has been so easy! I can't say enough about the support team either - always responsive and open to discussion about what you need. This was the best business decision our church made this year!

Cons: Can't integrate very well with existing software.

Overall: Breeze is very user-friendly, you can customize many of the features, and I like that we can print name tags for the children. My only wish is that it had more advanced functions, such as the ability to link the database to other software we use.

Overall: I write software myself, so I was picky when evaluating a solution for our church's needs. When I started testing the demo, immediately I was blown away with how awesome the user interface was - extremely clean and simple to use. So far the software has exceeded my expectations and, when I had an issue, support was responsive (received a response usually within an hour or two!) Support was so great, they actually called me to set up a walk-through to explain a better way I could set up some my events. A+ service.

Pros: It is a BREEZE to learn and use, and volunteers adapt well to it. It is extremely inexpensive for what you get with the program. It has tons of features. I could go into all the features, but for the sake of time, they're ALL genuinely helpful and efficient. It is tailored for specifically for churches, but I would think all kinds of organizations would benefit greatly from it.

As an unexpected bonus, their blog is extremely helpful as well! I tend to devalue most blogs that have 3 trite or self-evident ways to this or that, but every post that has caught my eye has been truly wise, biblical, insightful, and practical. I go back and refer to them as a resource; they're that helpful.

Cons: The only "cons" I've experienced have been small inefficiencies along the way, but they have virtually ALL been fixed days or weeks after I discovered them. (For example: I wish that recipients of a mass text could subscribe/unsubscribe/reply, but my hunch is that they're working on that and that there's some limitation w/ phone companies or something.)

Overall: It is inevitably a common experience in the trenches of a database that the frustrated user thinks of an improvement to the program. This has happened only a few times with me while using Breeze, and on virtually EVERY occasion they have come up with a real solution to my "problem" as the next update. Now it's a joke on our staff; when someone says, "I wish Breeze could do [xyz]," someone will say, just wait a few weeks and they'll come out with an update. And it's happened for all the 9 months we've been using the product.

Breeze is amazing. Most of the time you use an effective product and you simply enjoy the fact that it works. Sometimes your experience with it is so positive that you become an advocate for the company; that's where I'm at. Breeze has helped our church in so many ways that I am grateful and indebted to them! If I met someone who worked at Breeze I would hug them.

Recommendations to other buyers: Brace yourself; Breeze will organize your church for maximum effectiveness. Get ready to see the inefficient holes that Breeze exposes in your church/organization, and use Breeze to patch the holes!

Breeze offers incredible value while filling a great need in the market.

Overall: We are so grateful for the way Breeze has decided to serve churches with a top quality database system. It seems companies overlook the fact there has always been a market for exactly what Breeze does. My understanding is that nearly 90% of the churches in the world are under 200 in attendance. If that's anywhere near accurate, then it means most of us cannot afford the quality databases that are offered being to us. It just becomes amazing Christian generosity when we factor in all their value added services like constant improvements, amazing customer service, job opportunities, a highly useful blog, and so much more! Pros: The regular release of new features (especially since they never seem to break existing functionality when going live with something new).

Cons: This isn't a criticism exactly--I think they could create a more user friendly reporting interface. The data is all there, but it isn't always intuitive to find it.

Overall: Found Breeze through extensive internet research. What intrigued me was the user friendliness of the platform (admittedly, I have some prior experience in IT), but it seemed to be a perfect Launchpad for migrating our church from manual forms to data-driven.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are doing the migration yourself, be sure you have the right Excel skills to help with the creation of the load files.

Pros: Immediate client services. They are quick to answer emails and help when you experience a problem. They are constantly asking for client feedback and truly take that feedback to help better the product. Easy of use with Breeze? It's a Breeze - video tutorials make learning easy. We were surprised at how others in the church have jumped on board with the software.

Cons: Yes, I suppose there are some cons for everyone but nothing that would cause us to stop using the software. For me the reporting feature could be a little more robust, enabling me to customize reports a little more. When building form, depending on the amount of information you are gathering on the form, when it is printed it can print distorted. Again not a deal breaker as we are working to move more of our team members away from relying on printed forms. Breeze is always working to improve features.

Overall: We needed a management system that could help us do everything from tracking attendance, scheduling events, online sign-ups, etc... and you guessed it on budget. While some programs offered more features, there was just something about the Breeze team that was different. Breeze was perfect for our needs and the best thing is they listen to our needs and work in every way possible to address them. They are quick to respond to questions and give great feedback.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are a small to mid-size church Breeze is definitely worth checking out.

Comments: This church management system is like no other! I did my shopping around and couldn't find something simple but with everything needed, our church was able to get the simplicity of breeze without compensating. I would recommend this to any church.

Comments: I cannot say enough about Breeze. Up until this year we had been using an old database circa what felt like 1960, we couldn't ever imagine moving all of our Microsoft Access information into an on-line platform. All the platforms we looked at were either too complex for the size of our ministry or just seemed so unfriendly. Then we found Breeze. Their customer service is so friendly, you feel like you have friends and family helping you get started, they're prompt to reply and will do whatever they can to help you get things sorted out. It's been so easy to learn, our staff is loving it and best of all even our staff who are not computer savvy find it a breeze (pun intended). We are just thrilled by our choice. I think I also love that they are continually working to make Breeze even better, every time I get an update e-mail i'm so excited to see what feature they have improved.

We're a small ministry of about 10 staff, and I can say this is an incredible, easy and user friendly platform.

Comments: We transitioned to Breeze a few months ago from a much more expensive and burdensome software and we are very happy. The best thing about it is that it's user friendly and you don't have to read a manual because it's instinctive. Breeze is making improvements weekly and they listen and respond to suggestions. I would recommend it to any small to medium size church who wants the staff to be able to utilize the data without having to take classes on how to use the program. :)

Comments: The software is really customer friendly. We have operated with short staff for some time and transitioned over to Breeze during that time. It was very nice to have that go seamlessly and without issue. We have brought on some volunteers and are just now starting to explore and see what features work for us. Comments: The more we use Breeze the better our efforts in reaching our goals. Our main purpose in signing up was to enter the Information Age with a older membership. Comments: So we recently transferred from I¿m just gonna say it PowerChurch (sorry guys you refuse to adapt to modern software engineering) and I was incredibly frustrated with its cumbersome arduous system I started researching databases. Breeze was constantly in the top 5 lists so we tried the Demo. WOW!!! From the very beginning I was blown away by how easy it was to understand and intuitive and simple it was to learn. The assumption I then made was well it must not be very powerful -- WRONG! Dead wrong in fact.
So let me say we are a small church 265 staff - 1 pastor, 1 PT secretary (I know we are looking to add another pastor). I am not a Computer tech guy, I'm a mac user - love the mac. Not an Apple snob just prefer simple intuitive reliable systems and software. Church is PC based and almost everyone in church are PC users.
We absolutely LOVE BREEZE. Honestly the hardest part about switching to Breeze for us has been adapting to a software system that is intuitive and is designed to anticipate our needs and our way of thinking. What I mean by that is BREEZE is user friendly and organized the way regular people think NOT the way an Engineer thinks; which was what our old system made us do. Learn it's software's logic and language in order to get what we wanted. BLEECHHK!
The beginning - IMPORT data from a .CSV file from old system and BAM! We were up and Running. Instantly, simple and easy to navigate interface. Searches are clean and easy to organize with a array of detailed filters.
Tutorials are easy to access and very helpful.
Customer support - Responsive and timely! - We had started in February and we were entering attendance through the events page. Unbeknownst to us we were creating individual events and so our attendance records were not connected. Therefore every Sunday we had 150 1st time attenders. EEK not good. Customer Support synched up our entire month of February overnight! HUGE CUDO¿S!
Literally every time we use Breeze or we learn something new my secretary and I we laugh out loud because it is so Easy and Powerful.
Cons - I guess there are some. If you are a computer programer/engineer that thrives on arduous logic systems and secretly wish all software systems were like they were in the 90's #.exe - Then Yeah this system is not for you.
I could go on but I have a sermon to write, it is what the name claims to be A BREEZE! Get it - it'll make you smile every time you use it. #happypastor

Comments: This product is easy to use and provided step by step instructions via youtube and help features within the system. It calculates the total giving as you upload individual giving data. Provides you ability to validate your monthly giving.
The text option is wonderful, provides the ability to notify the congregation of meetings, cancelled events, weather, etc.
I'm currently working with the online giving options; however, it does not provide the option for the members to pay for the transaction fees. This statement includes the text giving option as well. It would also be great to have the accounting option, this would make it easier than using quickbooks, I would also be willing to pay an additional price to have a 1 stop shop for church management.

Overall, I would highly recommend this product to fellow church administrators.

Comments: Breeze has been very useful for our church community. Among the things that have made our processes much simpler and more efficient:
* computerized check in for kids and other events
* online directory
* surveys and forms, which allow for new people to fill out a form online
* online giving, tracking and reporting
* Planning Center and Mailchimp integration

I would highly recommend this to every church community looking to streamline their processes. The price is much cheaper than the other software solutions.

I found that this software is limited in its social media features. There isn't a forum/chat feature in Breeze but you can do mass emailings to different distribution lists.

All in all, a great product with great service and very easy to use.

Comments: We have used Breeze for a short while, but it feels like the program we have always used. When you have used a program for awhile it become very easy and comfortable to use, but Breeze begins that way. When we came across questions or we were just use to another program working differently, the customer service was just a few taps on the keyboard away and the responses were very quickly. Not always were the answers exactly what we were looking, sometimes they were better or sometimes the change was already in the works. It is exciting to be part of an ever-changing, always improving program. Most importantly the Customer is the one they listen too.

Comments: We recently switched to Breeze (about 2 months ago) and have found it to be a relatively easy onboarding process, and especially appreciate how customizable the information fields are.

Pros:
-The integration between information about people, their involvement in events, and their roles in the organization.
-Very responsive customer service! I usually get an email back within an hour of when I send it, and the issues are addressed immediately.
-The platform seems poised to continue to add useful customization. New updates have been added probably bi-weekly already.

Cons:
-Capabilities for generating reports based on various information (attendance, geographical location, etc) are still limited. Hoping that those improve as time goes on.

Overall: Very happy we switched to Breeze, and have been thrilled with the capabilities it offers us, especially at such a great price point.

Comments: So totally thrilled with this software. It meets all the needs of managing the information of our church people. It is one place to track names, and all contact info. Easy to make a change or update - and view-able at church or away. As many as need to have access to the information as need to, are able to. And they can see or edit what they are given permission to. We use it also to track our offerings for charitable receipts.
I have had questions, and been unsure how to do something, and every time I contact Breeze, they always answer, or return the call and help me with what i need.

I would HIGHLY recommend this software. It is GREAT!!

Comments: I have almost nothing negative to say about Breeze. It might be the best investment our medium size church (200-300) has made. When we have questions, the Breeze staff is quick to respond. Improvements to the software are rolling out regularly without extra fees or charges. We can access our entire database anywhere we go from any device, and it is EASY! It does everything we need it to do and more. If I think long and hard about some "con" about this software, it may be that their list of features is still much shorter than larger (way more expensive) services. A huge megachurch might find this limiting, but for my church, Breeze is perfect. I can't recommend it enough!

Comments: We used Captera and another online rating resource to determine several promising software options and gradually cam to focus on Breeze, partially because of the many positive reviews. During our assessment of the product each time we encountered what we thought was a shortcoming in the software, an e-mailed question to Customer Service brought a reponse explaining the method to accomplish the task. The product is flexible and offers options for customization. And what a wonderful service that Breeze transferred our data for us. The Customer Service is exceptional! Those in our organization who have tested it out give it an enthusiastic "thumbs up".

Comments: We have been using Breeze for about a month so far. In that time the customer service and overall product has continued to exceed out expectations! It is easy to use, very "clean" looking, easily runs reports, gives you access to the info you need while on the go, and even has a sense of humor.
I never thought I would say that I actually enjoy using a church management software, but Breeze has made the process of organizing volunteers an entirely different (and even enjoyable) experience!

In short, it is very simple and easy to use so far, as everything is in one place. A "Breeze"

Comments: I find that entering data such as names and addresses about our congregation is great, and the contribution page is simple, but accurate. We will be sending out statements the first of April for the the first time on Breeze. Comments: We were with another church database provider for years, but were growing more and more unhappy with the increasing costs and decreasing service. It seemed that they were catering more for large churches, and our small church struggled to get attention for even basic issues. At first we were apprehensive about switching, afraid that we would lose valuable information that took years to accumulate. But switching to Breeze was, well, a breeze! They were able to transfer all of our information for us, all we had to do was begin to learn to use the new system... which was simple and intuitive. It took us no time at all! Comments: Have only been with Breeze a few weeks but has been such a smooth transition from our old Church management system. Customer support has been good though don't expect them to get back to you right away. It usually takes at least a few hours if not a full day, but they will get back to you. Breeze is a very intuitive Chms but there are plenty of videos to help if you get stuck on something.

Comments: We migrated to Breeze about three months ago from our previous cloud based ChMS. Our Facebook Group was far more active than our ChMS (even after campaigns to encourage our people to login to our ChMS) which caused us to rethink our approach to online community. After a few days of research we decided to make the leap to Breeze and have been thrilled with every aspect of our experience.

The beauty of Breeze is its streamlined user interface. Volunteers have been able to use Breeze with very little training in comparison to the other ChMS we were using. We can access the information we need quickly, without complex search queries, which ultimately frees up our staff and volunteers to allocate their time more effectively. Breeze is also very intuitive. It's apparent that the Breeze developers have had A LOT of conversations with church staff. And yes, the customer support really is that good. Jon and the rest of the Breeze team have been phenomenal.

In short: great software, stellar customer support, and the price point is a tremendous value. The other 5 star ratings for Breeze are precisely what we have experienced as well.

Comments: From the beginning, Breeze has been an excellent tool for our church, and I believe it wills serve other churches well, too. Every support issue has been responded to very quickly. Thankfully, though, the need for support has not been too high because of the simplicity of the product. The tutorials are spot on, the company continues to make improvements, and our staff has adopted Breeze with great excitement. I would highly recommend Breeze to any church that is need of some management tools.
Oh, you can't beat the price. After looking at other options, Breeze offers all of the elements we could need for a tremendous price. And, it's all-inclusive. We love it.

Comments: I really appreciate the simple user interface of this software which makes it easy for our church members to access the information. It is super customizable and flexible and powerful. I appreciate that our members can access the database 24/7 on any device. I appreciate that the levels of permission are so detailed that we can provide access to all m embers and volunteers who need it just at the level they need it and no more so that our member's information is kept secure. The included customer service is great: very quick to respond and helpful. I have been a church administrator for 16 years and this is the best database software I have used.

Comments: Breeze is helpful and easy to use. I am able to quickly track members, attenders and visitors. I can also "tag" people who are in different areas of responsibility in the church.
And if that wasn't enough, Breeze also allows you to record contributions and text give.
My lay leadership team can also access and use Breeze which helps them.
And that is just the tip of the iceberg of all Breeze can do.
If you don't have church management software, get Breeze!

Comments: We've been using Breeze for just over a month, and I'm already thrilled with how much easier it is to use than our previous church management software.

I spend a lot of my time in our ChMS documenting member needs, follow up care, and contributions, as well as coordinating our volunteer schedule and church calendar, so we wanted a system that was intuitive but high functioning.

So far Breeze has been both of those things. Onboarding and data transfer was incredibly easy. Functionality is intuitive, and their help videos and documents are also very easy to follow along with. I've been able to jump in quickly and do more in our short period of time with Breeze than I was able to do in nearly a full year with our previous software.

Some of my favorite Breeze features include:

- Easy contribution tracking and batch management

- Simple but robust people filters: For example, I love that I can easily filter by member engagement if I want to group email or group text all Members and Regular Attenders.

- Multiple options for volunteer communication and management: I can easily send around each week's volunteer schedule and teacher curriculum, get their RSVPs, and request availability for building out the future schedule.

- Follow Ups: I can assign follow up care and keep tabs on whether or not a need has been met.

- The "Tags" feature makes it easy to assign people to multiple groups without a messy back end. We use tags to assign people to volunteer ministries, note who has an active prayer request, or to identify who's expressed interest in special events or classes.

I would already highly recommend to anyone looking for software to help in member care and church operations.

Comments: I had used several other Church Management products over the years and was always frustrated by how cumbersome they always were. (It seemed like staff and volunteers rarely wanted to use our systems because of this!)

I was looking for something that would help us track our people, visitors, events, attendance, giving, communication, etc, but keep it all very simple.

I decided to try Breeze and I have been delighted. It's no problem to get a volunteer up and running in no time. Using it is intuitive. Tasks are straightforward.

And it's always improving - but without adding levels of difficulty!

I've also been surprised by how quickly the developers have responded to help requests.

I think it's a great system.

Comments: After trying to use Fellowship One for 2 years, without success, I now tell my staff that I'm training in Breeze that it's literally easier to use than Facebook! This software is extremely smart, user friendly, and you almost never have to use the help, because it's so intuitive. Their customer service is off the charts good.
The only "con" is that the texting is one way, no replies. And there isn't a way to automate visitor follow up, ie: Automated text, email, etc., with the click of one button to start it all up for a particular visitor. At least not yet. I would not be surprised if they were developing that.

Already excellent! Excited to see where this goes!

Yep, I said it! I'll pause for you to groan, then let's talk about it.

Simple! Yet capable. We left ServantKeeper after 15 years of use. In the last 5 years, we've demo'd many options, yet none were what we were looking for. Until we heard about Breeze. We wanted: thorough record keeping of donations, attendance tracking with reports and followup built in, member database with ability for members to manage their personal profiles.. We got all of this and more!

The service is second to none! Our previous software left much to be desired, and the staff at Breeze is quick, helpful and not condescending.. So glad we made the switch, and shouting loudly at our friends and peer ministers to give it a look. You should too!

We love the ease of use with Breeze.

Comments: We chose Breeze when we were converting to Macs in the office. When we began Breeze, we had a couple of "issues". Every time Jon was quick, polite and willing to help us transfer and learn to use the Breeze system. We have completed a photo directory from our database, for our congregation.
I would totally recommend Breeze to other churches.

Comments: We shopped around and landed on Breeze for our church management software. For the price it is unbeatable for all you are able to do. No extra add ons or fees to simply do what we need to do. Manage our congregations data and check in to events. This includes electronic check in! Comments: Breeze is a very flexible and intuitive ChMS that allows you to configure it to the needs of your church. The system performs well and the response and support from Jon and his team has been excellent. It is nice to see there is still a cost effective solution that does not use tiered pricing based on the number of people in your database or the size of your church. Some improvements could be made to reporting and the calendar features, but what is there today works well.

Comments: One of my favorite parts of Breeze is their quick customer service. Email exchanges are always helpful and usually answered within a couple hours, even if it's just to say they are working on finding a solution for me.

My second favorite is how user friendly it is.
We were able to set up a volunteer who has no background with any ChMS and with a little direction she was able to enter in our connection card information with no problems and learn to enter contributions.

As well as teaching out children's ministry volunteers how to use the check-in system.

Breeze does a great job of taking complex information tracking and making it simple.

Not one offered the level of assistance I received from Breeze. Breeze was the first to get in touch with me as I began my research and in addition to all the tutorial videos they were just a phone call away to help me through any questions I had along the way. You definitely have to do some brainstorming to make sure you set it up correctly for your church from the beginning, so it takes a little bit of time. But, the beautiful thing is that you can tailor make it to your church with such ease and simplicity. The only drawback I have found so far is in the reporting. There are multiple events that we need to view on a regular basis and we are not able to save the report. So, it is somewhat cumbersome to have to navigate through all of the dates each time. I'm hoping they will add a feature to save reports, then this would be the greatest church management software program on the planet!

Comments: As a volunteer supporting my church's technology needs Breeze met all my expectations and more. There are lots of systems on the market but few balance ease of use with functionality. We tried using a system that would let you put the "man on the moon" but when staff just needs to go around the block its not very productive for them to be going to the moon first. What ends up happening is the system doesn't get used and staff just get frustrated. Simple is the most important requirement of any system. My goal was to enable ministry not disable it.

Comments: We have been very pleased using Breeze for our church management. Breeze is user friendly and their customer support exceptional. We used Webchurch Connect for about a year and found it very frustrating, not user friendly - getting customer support brought alot of frustration and rude responses from their support team. Jon VerLee and his team at Breeze have been wonderful to work with. We highly recommend Breeze to any church looking for an on-line database. It really is a breeze!

Comments: We looked at several church management software packages, and Breeze by far was the most feature-rich while remaining easy and intuitive to use. We have a small staff, so software that requires lots of training or a computer science degree is beyond us. But as we've deployed Breeze, we've been struck by how many features (which most of the other packages charge you additional to use) Breeze offers, how often they're rolling out new features, and how powerful those features are. We've loved integrating MailChimp and text messaging to communicate with our congregation, setting up our donor management and tracking, and are preparing to roll out volunteer management and event registration. It's awesome to be able to do, from one place, what even the more expensive options would require multiple databases and log-ins to do. Kudos to Breeze for making such powerful software so easy to use.

Comments: After trying a variety of the ChMS systems that are available on the web, we have been using Breeze for a few months now. What a great program this is for us! It is easy to use, flexible, and affordable. And while the program may be missing a feature or two that some other church might need, the Breeze team is constantly working to upgrade/update the features. Just this morning I received an email about volunteer scheduling, introducing a new feature that was well thought out and flexible... and real-world usable.

The customer support we have received so far has been quick and accurate, answering every question we have had with understanding.

Comments: After reviewing dozens of church management systems, we selected Breeze ChMS to replace our current Windows based ChMS. I was able to easily setup Breeze so that we could retain all the data from our old system and import all the membership, attendance and contribution data from our old system. I provided a 2 hour training for the office staff and they have been using Breeze for 3 weeks with no problems. The next steps are to get the Pastor and Deaconess on board with follow-up and alerts and then to invite members of the congregation to use Breeze if they wish to. Jon and Josh have provided great support by helping me with ways to accomplish tasks that our old software did that were not built into Breeze. Our old system had an easy way to get a list of people with birthdays or anniversaries in the month. This wasn't available in Breeze, but they were able to add it for me very quickly.

So far, we are very happy with Breeze ChMS!

Comments: The simplicity of incorporating Breeze into our church culture has given us immediate results. Because we are able to access Breeze on our mobile devices, check in is happening throughout our facilities. We are immediately aware of trends in attendance and follow up that is necessary. We have implemented multiple layers of communication utilizing tags so that we can reach large groups at the touch of a button. The most surprising benefit to Breeze has been the responsiveness of the support team and their commitment to continual improvements in the product, even before we ask. I would recommend this Software to churches of any size. Really, you can't afford not to use it.

Comments: We switched from A major, web-based CHMS to Breeze a couple of months ago and our decision is confirmed every day. We are a medium size church and we use Breeze for contributions, member management, event checkin and a few other applications custom to our church. I had trouble getting any staff to use our previous ChMS but almost all staff is using Breeze. The product is very well designed, extremely easy to learn and use and customer service is incredible. And the Breeze staff migrated our previous data into Breeze, including contribution data. We were up and running in full production in a day.

Comments: We recently migrated our data to Breeze from another church management system. In fact Breeze is our 3rd product we have tried. The other two were more well known brands which came with higher price tags, unfriendly user interfaces and just did not provide the features we were looking for.

After just a few weeks, our entire leadership team is thrilled with Breeze. It provides everything we were looking for and some features we weren't even thinking of which have immediately helped our work flow.

Pros:
- incredible customer service
- extremely nice user interface
- web interface is available on all devices (computer, tablet, smart phone)
- excellent event/class check-in function which allows customizations
- excellent interface for maintaining member/regular attender records
- very helpful email functionality to send quick emails to groups
- nice contribution tracking
- brand new follow up feature

Cons:
- I really have not found any

Comments: We are a new church and we started off using a collection of different tools to manage our directory, kids check-in and contribution. There was a ton of double entry of information to keep all the systems in sync.

Since moving to Breeze, we are now having fun! We only input information once and we now have a complete view of that person/family. This product has quickly become the talk of the office and freed us up to focus on people and not busy work.

The customer service is amazing. We have had a couple ideas for new features that we submitted and they were open to discussing design options and once a solution was found that addressed both our church needs and Breeze's vision for their product, they quickly implemented it.

This is a company that understands the latest trends in technology and how tech can be used effectively. Thanks Breeze!

Comments: I will admit that I did not do my "homework" before jumping into using Breeze January 1, 2014. Much to my surprise and thanksgiving the program surpassed any expectations. It now only takes minutes to account for giving each week. I love the ease of adding a new person, the tally as I enter giving amounts and the ease of correcting/editing any information.

This program is a blessing for any church. It is easy to learn, easy to use and the customer support is exceptional (even on a Sunday).

Comments: Our church is thrilled to be using Breeze as our church directory. Not only is Breeze very user friendly but the support we have received when a question has risen has been outstanding. Breeze incorporates all the features we need and we are using it daily in our church operations. As a church plant we were perplexed with which directory system we were going to use as we knew we needed something that could grow with us, but also something that was not too complicated when starting out. Breeze has been perfect. I'd highly recommend it. My only complaint is that we did not have Breeze prior to launching.

Comments: I am very impressed how easy it is to make and run reports through "Breeze". Breeze is set up in a easy way to navigate and see what you need at the time. If you have any questions , concerns, or anything you need added to breeze they answer you within 24 hours! Really impressed by this. The only difficulty I had was some on the membership information was not transferred correctly - this could of been problems with our old membership company.

Comments: Breeze is user-friendly and very intuitive. Because it is in the later stages of its development, when I do have a question or think a certain function would be helpful, the customer service has been prompt and the issue gets resolved 100% of the time, either through pointing out how to do the task in question or the requested function gets put into the application! I work for a small church but worship and help out at a large church, and I can see how Breeze could be used beneficially in either church setting. With the feedback and questions so encouraged throughout this developmental phase, I feel like I've actually helped to make this system the great product it is!

Comments: I have just finished entering our church information into the Breeze program, and all I have to say is positive! The process was so self explanatory and easy for anyone to figure out. Customer Service is OUTSTANDING, as Jon wants to know of any little thing that could make the program better.
