Comments: I used Fresh Vine while i was on staff at a church for several months and really enjoyed it. They were able to handle multiple campuses, move kids between different grades, and keep track of visitors and groups seamlessly.

Comments: Pros: A church member recommended we take a look at Fresh Vine to replace an out of date database system. Fresh Vine was affordable and appeared to be relatively easy to convert our existing data to this system. Support efficiently and timely answered inquiries enabling us to get online, make changes adapting to our needs, and offering suggestions enabling us to benefit from the system. Looking forward to learning more of Fresh Vine and using new features.

Cons: Changing from old to the new system was challenging and often time consuming.

Pros: For the price freshvine is unbeatable as a total church database solution. I use the statistics & graphs to calculate and project trends in giving, attendance, and participation as well as tracking what marketing is working effectively, and which demographics we are reaching.
Tech Support is swift and personal: if I need to speak with somebody for help, I can.
The site is regularly updated & debugged, and new features are added constantly, improving functionality & ease of use.

Cons: I am looking forward to the addition of Kid Check In.

Overall: I recommend freshvine as a database solution for any church planter.

Pros: We love the simple interface and ease of use. As a small startup, we rely on volunteers to help run our systems. The most recommended alternatives are great if you can pay a database admin. Even so, We love that you get every feature for the same price, rather than tiered pricing and lots of modules.

Overall, it meets our needs and is a pleasure to use.

Cons: I would like to see more indicators using the stellar new notification system. Most of what we have asked for in features are already in the development pipeline, so there is not much to complain about!!!

Overall: I wholeheartedly recommend FreshVine. We have seen 2 other pastor friends of our take us up on that advice and both are pleased!
