Pros

Lots of Features, Basic Accounting system, customer management, course management and reporting is really good

Cons

takes time to put all our classes in the system the first time. We had 250+ classes and we had to put them the system the first time. After that it was easy, but the first time we had to work on it.

Overall

The software really gave us a lot of structure we were missing. As an adult school we like to accomomdate all needs but realized its hard to manage like that. We now have structure in operation which has helped our staff a lot. Also our clients are more happy and we are seeing higher repeat business as they can easily view our catalog and buy classes. Previously we sent out newpaper style books to homes and they could only download our catalog via pdf on the website. We added paypal buttons to help but that became more of a management mess. Overall this system has been a one stop shop.
