Logical screens and processes. Easy to use and manage business. Variety of reports that help analyze business trends. Dashboard provides a quick and clear snapshot of current business status. Allows immediate processing of payment for single purchases as well as scheduled recurring billing. Fantastic customer service--professional, knowledgeable and timely responses!
Cons
None worth noting. Roger always worked hard to make any changes we requested as long as they proved beneficial to the majority of his software users.
Overall
I used this software on a daily basis as General Manager of a 24/7 gym and spa. I consistently found it to meet our business needs and was repeatedly impressed with Roger's dedication in making it work for us! With their integrated billing, secure entry options, and extra features that allow off-site monitoring of your facility, Firebug Software is the way to go!

Our conversion to a 24-hour facility at the end of 2008 has proven to be one of our best decisions in our 14 year history. Firebug's Gym Management Software & Door Control/Monitoring system is an essential part of our daily operations.
