Pros
I've used this system for many years now and the product continues to support the needs of the business. Beautiful interface packed with great features. Easy to use and highly configurable. Functionality can be added or removed on-the-fly. Favored by both technicians, engineers, and management. Costs are very reasonable and support is great.
Cons
Upgrading the system may require a little bit of IT knowledge, but once your IT team does it once, it's no problem.
Overall
I highly recommend this product. I've been very pleased with the performance and results. The system is a bit flashier than most other systems, but this acts as a benefit, not as a distraction.
