Pros
One of the biggest complaints we had with Sprocket 2 was the speed of the program so our main objective in upgrading was to speed up the process which it has done. We have been pleased with the new software, the screens are cleaner, easier to navigate and the entire work order process has been simplified. The transition was fairly simple due to their support team which was very knowledgeable and helpful. We also use the mobile version and with the upgrade to 3.5 this has improved significantly
Cons
Not so much a con but an issue??? We are still using Sprocket 1 for one specific project and would eventually like to see it move to 3.5. Hopefully with some adjustments on our end and some creative ideas on theirs we will be able to accomplish this.
Overall
I have been pleased with the overall product and available support. We have worked with their team to create customized screens to incorporate some of our other projects into their software and hope to add even more in the future. They are quick to respond to issues and to requests.

Pros
At the top of my list would have to be the speed of the new software, Its a dramatic improvement from the prior version on both PC and Mobile versions... Navigation is quicker and cleaner... Adapting from from the prior version is fairly seamless due to its cleaner design, so the learning curve is really a non issue....The appearance on both PC ad Mobile versions are very well put together...Customer Support is second to none in my experience, all questions and issues have been addressed or are in motion. Updates on any issues are frequent as they are being worked.... All Upturn Solutions personnel I have been involved with are available, professional ,very knowledgeable and seem to really care.
Cons
If any...I would have to say that some features that would enhance our companies user performance are not available. This is due to are operations specific needs though. These features have been been discussed with Upturn Solutions and are in work to be added in the near future as explained to me. This, although listed as a "Con", is understandable to have a broad range software to have small holes in user specifics at this level. Upturn Solutions have assured us that they will meet our requirements.
Overall
My experience since launch has been very good overall. I cant say enough about the support structure this company offers, which to me is of the utmost importance of implementing a process this large. Although the software is also very good, the support is paramount to sustaining an effective work order system. They have this covered completely in my opinion.

Pros
Excellent training for inventory - not too complex but answered all questions and helped me to understand data processing for inventory and how to utilize the module
Cons
Not as user friendly as I would like but I felt better about it after the training
Overall
Wonderful programs easy to use modules - caring staff and staff always responsive to my needs
