Pros: Support second to none, graphic user interface makes it enjoyable to use, easy to navigate and use

Cons: None that we have discovered so far

Overall: We migrated our Maintenance department for 7 facilities over from pen/paper/emails to Computerized Maintenance Management software virtually pain free thanks to Hippo. The software is very intuitive and even those with high tenure and basic computer skills catch on fast. What was once thought to be a daunting task, has been made easy and not over complicated. Hippo has revolutionized how we manage our work flow in the plants!

Pros: Ease of use, customization, simplicity.

Cons: I would like to be able to copy and paste information to save typing.T his is a tough one to say because of the great customization that already exists but I would like to have better technician time entry with date stamping on service notes

Overall: From my first phone call to Hippo through implementation and use the Hippo staff have been there for us.

Pros: Its ease of use.

Cons: Inability to work with google chrome.

Overall: This program took us from a paper based system to a computerized cloud based system which can be accessed from anywhere. It allows our employees to look up their work and paperwork no longer gets lost.

Pros: The ease of use. Reporting feature, calendar for scheduling, etc.A

Cons: The more I use the program the more familiar I get wit it. That is the same with a lot of things, if you don't use the system for periods of time it takes awhile to get back in the groove.

Overall: I was a little skeptical when I was first introduced to this product. Over the years I have seen a lot of systems come and go. My first experience with maintenance software was back in the early 80s. Now that was primitive. When I started using HIPPO I was amazed at the power behind this system. The ease of use was a very satisfying experience. I would recommend HIPPO to anyone I knew that was looking for a maintenance system

Pros: Work Orders - Preventative Maintenance

Overall: Once we get this software at full function it will make our maintenance department more efficient.
The preventive maintenance feature is one of the greatest features for our use. The training was thorough and as we build our database this software will help us with inventory as well as time management.

Comments: The onsite audits were well done, the visits were scheduled in advance so the sites were aware when they were coming, the auditors connected with the designated person when arriving at the site, there may have been a few items missed but they are easy to add anytime.

Comments: The product is quite user friendly. I also appreciate the amount of detail we are able to enter in for equipment, locations, etc. The Wiki is very useful. My support rep, Mel Motoch is also VERY helpful, friendly and efficient (a triple threat!)

I would like more power to delete certain items so I do not have email in to do so (which I don't mind but I would rather not annoy Hippo with minor issues like that).

Comments: Cons: The programing end of this software has not been intuitive for me. Consequentially setting up some equipment and scheduled work orders has been difficult for me.

Pros: With the above said, the customer service has been great. They have walked me through every problem and once they have the system make more sense and is more intuitive.

Hippo is working very well for me.

Comments: The team at Hippo excelled at meeting my unique needs, much more so than any other CMMS company I spoke with. My sales contact returned the inquiry in less than 10 minutes, was friendly, open to discovering my needs, and then cleared some time THAT DAY to give me a demo. His demo was directed at what I wanted to hear, rather than what he had been scripted to say. We got the deal inked in less than 10 hours from inquiry to demo to billing confirmation. The pass-off to my account manager was seamless, fast and spot-on. She was just as good as the salesperson at hearing my needs and directing the set-up and training to what I wanted rather than what she'd been scripted to do. Kudos!

Comments: I have not personally used Hippo outside of the demo and briefly working with our PM technician in charge of setting it up. I was however the manager in charge of the project to switch to a new system. Based on our inputs Hippo was one of four other systems recommended to us from a consultant. Of the different options Hippo stood out to our team. The process of purchasing, getting set up, and moving on to operational use was very smooth. We love that it is web based and the service we receive from your team is top notch. Thanks again for helping us out.

Comments: This program has help the college facilities department become much better in providing services to our customers. I would like to see the company reach out to our main users and ask the questions that they might be thinking about but are afraid to ask... I would like to see additional training provided to my power users and staff, so that we use the programs capabilities. Not just get stuck in a routine and not use the programs full potiential.

Comments: I think HippoFM is working in the direction to be a really great company. The software is super user friendly for the maintenance staff to use. If I don't understand how to do something Carly is always a quick phone call or email away. She walks me through anything I need, well always maintaining a friendly tone.

I would love the update to the software to occur so that we may be able to use it on Mac's. We thought it was coming in September, but have yet to hear anything more. Our Business Office would also like it to be capable of keeping track of things such as utilities. All & All am very happy with what HippoFM has allowed us to do thus far.

Comments: This is the second facility that I have managed that has used HIPPO and I can only say that we would never live without it! I helps me as a CEO check on the facility at a glance to see where we are at with repairs and if our staff are keeping up. The reports also help me track the efficiency of staff and how many hours we are spending on repairing equipment at a glance where before we were trying to keep track on paper! Thanks HIPPO! You are a life saver!

Comments: I am a fan of the recent changes to the plotting function. It is now much easier to move equipment using a drag and drop method.
I am concerned that it takes too many clicks to access and complete a work order though.
I also would like to see the plan view on media devices not just on a PC. One of the features I was hoping we would already have access to was to see drawings or plans on a tablet.
Finally having the browser neutral capability is great. Anything you can do to have cross functionality is great.
I still enjoy the interface on the computer and we are still working to have our system fully running by the end of this month.
Thanks for all of your help and keep those upgrades and changes coming.

Comments: After a JCAHO survey, we were "dinged" for not having our maintenance and preventive services for equipment records maintained electronically. We researched several different companies. Being a small rural hospital, our budget is already strained but had to do something to correct this deficiency and maintain our certification. We signed up with HIPPO and have been very pleased. The initial loading of all of the data takes some time and manpower but we have found it to be a very user friendly tool for all of our hospital and 2 clinic staff to utilize to report maintenance issues. It enables our Maintenance Staff of only 2 to be able to timely respond and keep work tickets organized. We are probably not utilizing it to its fullest extent but what we are using it for has helped us organizationally a great deal. The pricing is extremely reasonable for the value it has brought to us and we highly recommend it.

Comments: Being fairly new to the field of facilities management, this is my first experience utilizing this type of program and it was a bit daunting at first. This was not the programs fault, the fault was mine because it is so detailed. The amount of information that can be entered and tracked is impressive, so much so that I was a little overwhelmed at first but after the training session with a very patient Carly Duncan I was off and running. Now that I have learned the program and tailored it to suit my needs it has proven to be a very useful tool.

Comments: HippoFM has greatly helped us organinze the way we do work orders for our facility and our large amount of machinery. We were able to get the program up and running very quickly and our employess use it with ease. We pull reports for our weekly maintenance meetings that provides information to ensure our plant stays productive.

Comments: HIPPO is a very user friendly system. Its simple to navigate through, provides the appropriate fields to store facility info, running reports is simple. The only issue I have had is with a few of our staff being a little hesitant using the HIPPO system as they are not very familiar with computers.
I have found HIPPO to be a great advantage to me for providing my quarterly reports to Senior Management.

Comments: Our organization had not used a facilities maintenance based work order system previous to beginning a relationship with HippoFM. Taking advantage of that opportunity has given us many possibilities that we had never dreamed of. One great advantage of Hippo is that we are able to use it at a basic level, effective for the inexperienced users, while the system has allowed us to grow easily, with each step forward being effective.

We can see many possible steps forward on the path of Hippo opportunity, but it has no requirements of cost or time, which makes it a winner for all hands involved.

Pros: HippoFM Software has been the absolute right choice for our company. The ease of use and the ability it has provided for our company to reach our full potential has been worth its¿¿¿ weight in gold. This software is priceless. This has definitely been the best choice. The software has given us the ability to manage our repairs, history, labor costs, and has given us complete document control. With its¿¿¿ mapping and plant layout format, our staff has the most effective tool at their fingertips at all times. This cuts down on wasted movements and or lost information. With the added use of the mobile device apps, we have seen an enormous increase in productivity from our staff.

Cons: Because of our company operating in Eastern Standard Time (EST), we encountered initial hurdles setting up phone discussions with our staff and HippoFM¿¿¿s . Minor adjustments from both sides corrected this easily.

Overall: HippoFM has been a dream come true for a company like ours. Everyone throughout the organization is pleased with the success and ease of implementing HippoFM. We definitely feel it was the right choice and are very happy with how effective it is for our organization. Whether you are a standalone company, or a multi- national company like we are, HippoFM is able to satisfy your needs. Lastly, HippoFM accomplishes all of this without all the excessive costs associated with other facility management software package. All in all, HippoFM was a home-run!

Pros: We are very satisfied with the Hippo System. The system is one of the most user friendly web based programs on the public market. Pricing is great along with tech support. As browser based technology Hippo FM offers quick deployment and ZERO PC installation that many of our clients have enjoyed.

Cons: N/A at this time!

Overall: It would be highly recommended to implement Hippo FM to all type of users in order to gain better control of your assets and cut of respond time and maintenance cost .Hippo FM provides facility managers with a single platform to procure, manage and pay for facility maintenance services from their own network of contractors.

Pros: This is a great web-based program for managing your facility. We have been through (3) different programs trying to find the perfect match for our organization and we finally hit it right with HippoFM. It is extremely easy to use, very intuitive, has everything a company would need and most importantly the customer service and implementation team are top notch. You won't find a better team of people anywhere!

Cons: Absolutely Zero, great system.

Overall: I would recommend this for any type of facility from Healthcare, Government, Banking...anything that needs a great system for their environment.

Ease of use. Very tech friendly and easy to use from the data entry and also covers a wide range or product areas

Cons: None that I have come up with in the short time I have been utizing this system. Once again I run into a snag I make a phone call and every time it has been taken care of immediately.
I took a bit of s short cut to get things moving sooner that has cost me a little more time in data entry. If you fill out the data sheets they send you completely you will reap the benefits with the ease of the transfer.

Overall: I searched long and hard looking at many different data systems for our facilities maintenance system. I orgianlly decided on Hippo mainly because of cost. My first thought is this too simple I mean is it going to cover everything I need it too (it does). Second question to myself why so inexpensive compared to other like systems. For us the cost is right, The customor service is incredable. The ease of use is great it looks like a technician was actually in on the conception of this product and not just data entry folks and engineers. The tech library is an awesome tool. it is still a work in progress but did save me countless hours in data transfer.

Pros: Hippo FM is the most user friendly software that I have experienced. It provides our organization with the tools it needs to manage repairs, maintenance and also quickly know what you've spent to date.
Hippo also allows you to customize the look for your organization to really make it feel like your own.
We are truly grateful for the input of the support staff and they are always working to ensure our needs are met, and questions answered in a timely fashion.

Cons: Absolutely None in my opinion.
