Pros
The only positive aspect of the program is the ability to add your mark-up and tax.
Cons
The product is too expensive for what you get in return.
The database is incomplete and company does not automatically update it.
They charge $300.00+ for a updated data base and then not sure what happens when that becomes outdated.
I felt like I was duped after purchaseng the product.
Overall
DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!!

Pros
Training material generally very good. Describes clearly what program will do. Excellent.
Support people are good and helpful.
Ease of use would be rated higher once the program is learned.
Cons
Doesn't describe for the neophyte a detailed step by step to get you through the program or out of a corner. The training disk good at generally describing the steps to use the program but lacks how to do it in detail so you can get through the program and correct mistakes. Requires multiple calls for support.
Overall
Once the program is learned it should be superb for the task of estimating.
