Pros
Love the product! Can't imagine building custom homes without it - in particular the schedule and daily field reports.
Cons
NONE - anytime we would like to see a change, someone listens, and before long it is in place!

Some system/company changes are not allowed by the user (cost code updates).

Allows in field management over a web based interface. Can download PO approvals directly into Masterbuilder.

Pros
We are just starting on HeadsUp as a company. HeadsUp seems to be a great tool to increase communications with the entire team.
I like the recent upgrade giving the user the ability to change/add and rename the file names and structure.
Cons
Printing the Gant chart and incorporating company logos into the scheduled is very difficult. Our clients / potential clients see these schedules often and the presentation is extremely important.
A page break feature within the schedule would be great. That would allow for a one time print of the schedule on multiple pages versus the task of filtering and printing multiple times.
If we could somehow incorporate multiple images(company logos) somewhere on the schedule it would be very helpful for presentations.
Overall
Our company is still in the process of implementing the program but it looks to have a lot of abilities that will help streamline activities and increase our productivity.

Capterra was my research source to locate HeadsUp! From the extremely knowledgeable and patient sales rep to every person we have interacted with at HeadsUp! the staff of D&K are very pleased with the choice, the training and the very timely support offered. KUDOS!
Cons
Minor clarifications needed in written instructions. Otherwise the written and online training support is excellent.
Overall
HeadsUp! provided D&K a comprehensive CPM program that is very effective while being very economical. It's ease of implementation training and timely support exceeded ALL our expectations.
