Pros

Excellent product integration with advertised platforms (Timberline etc). Communication internally between Sales and PO and accounting solid with the correct data going where it needs to. The set up process was intuitive as well as quite simple. Support was always available for questions even when I new they were dumb ones.

Cons

I am eagerly awaiting the release of the scheduling tool and hoping it is available online.

Overall

The overall product is simple to use and easy to set up, it does as advertised and is probably the strongest I have used to date. The Internet based purchase order system is excellent and has all my vendors on board. Nothing in this business is as important as real time information.
