I really enjoy using this product. It has helped me in prioritizing my daily schedule and it has enhanced our sales and follow up process with new and existing clients tremendously.

Great software... helps me with my reminders. As a part time sales person, I am juggling multiple schedules. This helps me stay on track of my follow ups!

Took me a few minutes to figure out how to import contacts.

Pros
Amazing application! Allows our organization to securely store client and potential client information and access said information from anywhere. The automated tickler creates call lists for our pre-sales representatives which alleviates our need for direct supervision. By far this is the most important piece of sales enhancement software that our organization utilizes.

We have had no issues

Pros
I have used several other CRM programs and none of them offer the complete package like Contact Champ. My favorite feature is I know exactly who I need to call each day (no more paper based tickler file --- thank you Contact Champ!)
Cons
would love to have an iphone app for this kick-butt software.
Overall
Would recommend this to any salesperson looking to out perform their competition. This software can turn an average salesperson into a rock star.
