Pros
Lots of features for the price
Cons
Difficult to keep up with frequent upgrades for the enterprise edition as it's necessary to upgrade each client individually everytime there is an application upgrade. Would really help if you had a way to push the client remotely. We only have a handful of users, but if/when we have many, this could be very difficult to manage.
Overall
Good product & seems to work well, although we're using only a fraction of the capabilities

Janice, thank you for your review. I will be contacting you shortly to provide some options with your upgrades. The current virtualization capabilities of Windows Server and Citrix Server will allow for installation and upgrades to be accomplished in one location and provide access to all users over an Intranet or the Internet.
A virtualization and auto update capability is currently in development to make upgrades extremely simple for the Enterprise Version. In addition, our next major release will have one click upgrades and a web application version available, in addition to the Enterprise and Desktop Versions currently available, which will be able to be hosted on your server or hosted by us.
