Ecteon delivers on its promises the Contraxx system is easy to use, easily customizable, and very powerful in its capabilities. Contraxx has allowed us to automate many rote administrative functions, freeing up time to devote to more pressing matters.

A big plus was my tech rep - he handled the install and support after the sale. I'm upgrading to 9 this month. And expect the transition to go like clockwork! Thanks.

Cons

Would like to be able to customize the UI more. But the nuts and bolts of the entire package is what I needed.

Overall

Contraxx gives us the best of both worlds enforcement of corporate data standards AND the ability to address local needs. Our internal jobs finally have a way to track with accuracy.
