Pros
The best courier software, it has all what you need in one. Easy to use and professional Customer support.
Cons
They always add new features to make it look better for my and my clients.
Overall
I would definitely recommend this software to any Courier/Messenger company.

Pros
Suntack is a web based courier management software, which enabled us to bring our business online. We now conduct our business from our computers. Most of the time, we are mobile as we no longer have to sit at our desk waiting to answer the telephone.
Our customers, can now book, track or view and pay their invoices online. They all gave positive feedback as to the ease of use and functionality of this software.
Dispatching is done online and orders are assigned to drivers via their cell phone PDA or mobile PC. Drivers then update these jobs in real time.
The cost is very reasonable and is far less than it would cost to employ one customer service representative.
Customer support is very excellent. The respond almost immediately to any issues we encouter.

Need more work on reports.

Suntack is a great software for any size courier operation.
