Their Franklin Covey PlanPlus Online does everything those other CRM's should do and more. In addition to keeping track of my pipeline, I've got integrated web forms, e-mail marketing and Franklin Covey project management tools all in one place.
Cons
It's eliminated all my excuses!

I'd recommend them without reservation.
