Pros: Mobile apps, google intergrations. Manage everything from sales to contacts to sending emails all in one location.

Cons: The interface was not as nice looking or sleek as I would like. There are some areas that I thought should be able to cross reference or tag attachments that we were not able to

Overall: It was easy to use. Was able to get it set up fast. Cheap and great customer support. Great intergration with other Zoho apps

Pros: We recently set up Zoho CRM because the fremium CRM product we were using wasn't sufficient enough to grow with our company. We've been impressed with the features and flexibility in the CRM for the price point. It has filled our needs well. The feature I appreciate the most is the ability to email directly from the CRM and track if the emails are delivered, opened, etc.

Cons: The software appears to allow for a lot of customization, but there are some questions as to how to do that on our end. CRMs have to contain a lot of information, but because many businesses are different, there are sections of the CRM that contain fields that don't apply to our company and we've yet to customize those sections to make it as efficient as possible for us... however, I'm sure with some time we can figure out how to tailor the platform to our needs.

Overall: Gives us better insights into our sales funnel
Makes tracking / follow up to accounts easier
Allows for mobile friendly use of the CRM (android & ios)
Tracks sent emails for delivery and open
Set reminders for follow up

Pros: Much more budget friendly than Salesforce. Provides the needed tools for digital marketing campaigns, lead tracking/reporting, etc.

Cons: It needs work to make it functional for a medium to large size business. Can't really be used "off the shelf". Integration is harder than Saleforce. But, gets the job done for a more budget friendly option.

Pros: It has very broad functionality, starting from basics (contacts, deal and lead management) and extending to such advanced features as web forms, task automation, website traffic analyzing and etc.

Cons: The mail integration is only available at the professional pricing model. It also has very weak sales person orientated mail (both inbound and outbound) interface that is still working in beta mode.

Overall: Very well integrated CRM. The free version offers best value for money in the market.

The experience with Zoho CRM has been interesting. Some of the features are hard to understand.

Pros: I enjoy the workflow tools. Though we have had some issues getting our workflow to accurately contact our prospects, the overall workflow concept is something i see as very beneficial to generating sales.

Cons: Our workflow sends maverick emails that weren't supposed to be sent out and the tasks show up too early or too late. I'm not sure if it is an issue of the way our administrator set up the workflow rules but it has given us a big headache at times.

Pros: I love that this software comes in a suite for a low price. We use the CRM on a daily basis for our client base.

Cons: I wish the CRM would work better with the Zoho Desk product we also use. The API could be better since both products are from the same company.

Overall: This suite of products has moved our productivity up several notches since we started. I recommend it highly.

We love how easy it is to customize ZOHO. It is our sales hub!

Pros: We can create templates for events easily and with great precision. It keeps us from messing things up by accident. Everyone on our team has been able to learn how to use the CRM quickly and effectively.

Cons: We use Zoho for two companies, and I wish that I could move back and forth between them without logging in and out each time. A toggle would be great!

Overall: We use Zoho CRM to intake leads, set up and manage all of our private events for two companies. It gives our company one place to keep all of this data and keeps us from getting our wires crossed. We have found it easy to use.

Pros: We use the enterprise edition and we like how we are able to customize the CRM to meet our needs without having to use an outside consultant or high cost programmers.

Cons: Although it easy to customize the automation tools could be improved. In some cases it is easier to do tasks using the API then the custom functions that are written in Zoho's DSL.

Overall: Easy to set up and low cost option for a CRM

Pros: Good package. Keeps on top of contacts and to-do items.

Cons: Some functions blocked on free package

Pros: Easy tracking of projects and leads
Ability to link between multiple forms
Centralized software to house data

Cons: Increased costs for additional data storage
Could be more user friend for external users
Slow product/IT support when system goes down

Overall: I used Zoho CRM software for over two years on a daily cadence and had relatively little bugs and issues. We managed all incoming and outbound leads for our department and also integrated a qualification survey to vet potential vendors. External users typically were able to complete the survey within 5-10 minutes which saved our company over 40 hours a week of management level labor. The external facing application could have been more user friendly but overall it was a success. I would recommend this software for small/mid size teams to track projects and leads, as well as create visually appealing progress reports and summaries.

Pros: Very convenient

Cons: Nee to start clean and to have someone who teach you during 1 or 2 hours to start with the good fondations.

Overall: ZOHO CRM is definitely one of the best CRM to start with. I m working in a startup in HR and using Zoho. This is very convenient even for someone who has never touched a CRM before !!

Recommendations to other buyers: Start clean with the good forms and use ! Don't hesitate to pay someone to optimize and personalize the CRM for YOUR use.

Pros: It ties in with our Zoho Mail, is very affordable compared to its competitors, and we love the Salesinbox feature

Cons: It's very difficult to setup to get it running at full functionality and the guides aren't in depth enough.
The phone apps could be improved to tie in better with cell calls and texts

Overall: We've been using Zoho CRM for almost 6 months now. The beginning was very, very rocky. It's tedious to get setup if you have no CRM experience, and while there are How-To guides out there, they aren't very in depth and didn't answer most of the questions we have. The guides cover the most obvious things you can probably figure out how to to do yourself (like adding company details). The more complicated things like setting up work flow processes, are not user friendly and don't have good enough manuals.

Once you get setup and running though it's a decent CRM system, and very good for the price. I love their Sales Inbox feature and the way it separates out our salesmen's emails.

We also use the Zoho CRM app on our phones and haven't been too impressed. Would love to see that upgraded and improved to better interact with the cell phones and log calls and texts.

If you have Zoho Mail or any other Zoho programs already, definitely look into using Zoho CRM for your CRM needs. It's more affordable than some of the others like Salesforce, and has some good features that get the job done.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you have Zoho apps like Zoho Mail already, then this ties in beautifully and is a great addition.

Would highly recommend to beginning businesses

Comments: I've never had a software as easy as Zoho CRM is. It's not like the typical program in its category. Set up is a breeze, it walks you through everything. Whereas most software just starts you on a dashboard feeling lost.
You will have a floating icon, which will notify you of your most recent activities and upcoming tasks. This is a great feature if you're a bit absent minded like myself.
Adding new documents, contacts, events, etc... has never been so seamless. It takes the tedious processes of other programs out and almost makes it fun to use.

Comments: The price point is good and it is very customizable for the way you want to track your customer data. It also integrates easily with other Zoho products.
The process for creating Roles is a bit clunky and, although customizable, it took us longer to get up and running than we expected. We didn't like the out of the gate titles for each of the sections because they didn't match out sales process, but again, it's customizable so we just changed them. Another dislike is that there should be stronger integration with Zoho Campaigns for sending our marketing materials and there should be better integration with Microsoft Outlook.

Overall: I implemented Zoho for a small dental practice. They switched from Infusionsoft which was completely overkill for what they were using it for. Migrating data to Zoho was a breeze! and creating new fields/workflows is very user-friendly.

Recommendations to other buyers: Read online forums if you run into any problems. You can find great support online. I highly recommend Zoho for any small business who needs a cost-effective, powerful, and manageable CRM.
