Pros: Features that I like the most is when one single audit report can be reviewed by multiple auditors at one point of time and each & every auditor is able to make their comment on the report without any hassle.

Cons: As per my opinion, I didn't feel that this software has any feature which is not useful or waste. I personally like this software very much & recommends everyone to use it once.

Pros: you can customize your clients's journey and do many actions in the road.
Also have a lot of information of your clients in orden to do differentes actions via email, and social marketing.

Cons: could be complicated to set up.

Pros: When I reached out to get some advice on a database system, their response was quick. They were able to provide very helpful information.

Cons: Many of the reviews on the other products were of real por quality, because most of them are composed by just two words like 'Good product' or ' Excellent job'.

Pros: Gives great visibility into all sales contacts, RFQs, etc. All sales personnel have access to the same information in real time. Trip reports and notes can be saved as attachments which is extremely helpful. The reports give excellent information about all aspects of the sales effort.

Cons: I find that learning to use the reports is less than intuitive. The reports are comprehensive but there is a steep learning curve and it often takes me a long time to figure out which report to run and h ow to customize it to find the information I want. I think Salesforce could make this a bit easier for the user.

Very Idea solution for the sale team.

Pros: The integrations that are available help us move faster with our strategies, and the way the data is organized help us meke decisions faster.

Cons: It is not that intuitive, sometimes the way to find data could be frustrating for beginners, we have had many issues with our people looking for reports.

Pros: Search - it's very easy to find the results you seek.

Pros: What I like most about Sales Force is that you can pretty much do whatever you want with it. Obviously it has it limitation, but in general terms you can pretty much configure the system anyway you need it. Also the fact that it has one of the biggest app stores out there for a saas product its pretty amazing. You can probably find an application that do what you are looking for in the sales force apps store at a decent price. Ultimately, although I didn't like it at first, the parter program is good. It is a necessary evil because you need them to help you set it up, unless you want to become an expert and then you'll have to read and watch tutorials, a lot of them.

Cons: Its biggest strength is its biggest flaw. All the configuration you need to make in order for it to work properly as you need it to, it is so overwhelming at the beginning that you can get stuck on it. You need a sales force partner to overcome that. Additionally the look and feel of the platform is not that great. The classic view looks like a very old system, and the new lightning version has very big user experience flaws.

Pros: I like how user-friendly the interface is. Menu items are easy to find and data entry is easy to complete.

Cons: I wish that there were more prompts to show how to use new or previously unused features. When a user cannot access certain features because of their user classification, I wish those features were more effectively blacked out.

Salesforce is good at what they do. Their api extensibility is very robust.

Pros: The software works very well. The uptime is amazing even among cloud based providers. They do CRM well and that is what they focus on.

Cons: There are too many opportunities to bloat what you are doing with salesforce. The ecosystem is very large and difficult to navigate if you need a specific add on.

Overall: Ease of use and deployment. Cloud based infrastructure reduced in house requirements for support.

Pros: Customizable based on company needs. Universal tool for sales people makes skills transferable to new jobs.

Cons: Almost too many options for reports and customization can feel overwhelming. Experience on mobile not great because phones with small screens make it hard to navigate and input information.

Pros: The reporting functionality of the software, the bulk upload option and the ability for emails to sync with Salesforce.

Cons: If you don't type out the correct name of a person or contact, it shows "not found" instead of related items to the search.

Pros: I like the access you have to all the contacts across your company. I like the reporting and analytics that you can pull as well.

Cons: The data deletion, deduplication, and updating of records. We had an issue where multiple accounts/contacts would be created.

Overall: It makes tracking our opps, deals, and activity very easy. It takes a lot of manual work out of keeping track of where everything is.

Pros: I like how easy it is to import and export data from Salesforce. Also it's easy to sync it up with other software programs.

Cons: The customer service is a bit dense. I call and they dont have someone readily available- they are very robotic. Most of their tech team is based in India and it's hard to hear them sometimes.

Pretty cool to store data in one place and customize different fields depending on customers.

Pros: Allows me to keep track of all leads and their status. Helps me to stay organized. I don't have to worry about remembering small details, salesforce does it for me.

Cons: I would like more options provided to me. However, I think that is something my team can create? For example lead status... I would like an option for if they are no longer at the company, or if the contact info is incorrect.

Pros: Salesforce is an extremely powerful tool that you can use immediately out of the box. It gives you the ability to customize everything from users, roles, profiles, forms as well as add customer code. There is also an extremely expansive appExchange market to try out and purchase plug-n-play apps that integrate directly into your environment.

Cons: The cost of the product is increasing to a point where it is eliminating smaller companies from considering the tool and bringing competition into the market. The ease of configuration is also a potential pitfall for users if you do not have the proper administration and processes defined around the product.

Pros: The customizability, integration support, and user community. Almost anything is possible with Salesforce, and it's easy to find out when something is not by reviewing the documentation and message and idea boards. As a company, they're very accountable and transparent about ideas that come from the community that are being taken into consideration for future releases and features that are under development. Best of all is the support you get from other users. As a new user, you can get help setting up anything you could possibly imagine by posting in the Salesforce Success Community.

Cons: A lot of feature development is driven by their biggest customers, large corporate users, which is totally understandable but can be hard when you have different needs (as a small non-profit, for example). That said, the customizability and user community definitely help counteract this. Because of the scale of the user community and the ease of integration with other systems, you can also expect a lot of sales calls and emails from third-party apps as soon as you become a user.

Overall: Being able to set up a system of record exactly as you like it with automation, integration, and customizable user permissions is invaluable for any company in saving time, increasing efficiency, and generating more and higher-quality leads.

Pros: Stable reliable. I never get notification from Salesforce telling the customer that it is under maintenance so it is not accessible.

Cons: Salesforce has no server hosted in China which makes the access to salesforce slow.

Pros: it connects everything. You can store documents and descriptions. It also has a chatter feature which basically records and attaches all the texts to the opportunity or quote

Cons: sometimes the quote creation calculator can be a bit buggy. But overall it works. It would also be cool if there were some way to download the chatters so they could be used more in the aggregate

Pros: Salesforce has endless possibilities for the basic point and click admin. Added benefits are 3x a year updates of new features and built in security

Cons: Customer support is difficult at times with language barriers. If you get someone helpful you are in the clear, but it can take a while to get there

Pros: The vast number of different utilities it can facilitate in managing the activity of a company. There are so many tools and options available to track projects between teams, record company-client relations, and plan future business moves that it seems to be a must-have for any progressive company.

Cons: While it is intuitive once inside the program itself, the overall UI and options can be a bit intimidating and overwhelming.

Overall: Allowed me to be more informed about the status and progress of other teams in my company, as well as track my own actions for reference in the future.

Pros: It is relatively easy to use once it is all setup. It is available in all location and not machine based - can be accessed via any browser or mobile platform. It is very fast and rarely takes any time to search.

Cons: Setup can be complicated and some functions are dependent on certain features that don't play well together. The reports could also be a little easier to configure.

Great for CRM, but can be difficult to learn the more advanced stuff.

Pros: There are a few things that I like about Salesforce. I use the software daily and have had absolutely zero problems with it. I use the software approximately 7-8 hours per day for 5 days a week and it allows me to do my best work.

Cons: If I had to mention a con I would say that it can slow down from time to time. A majority of that is the quality of my computer though.

Overall: The biggest benefit is allowing me to do my best work by getting in touch with massive amounts of clients in a short amount of time.

It has been pretty easy and good so far

Pros: Salesforce created a market to dominate, not many have done that. And they have done a great job making a CRM system that can be used by many people in your business, and not just developers and engineers. Each dept of a company can get a lot out of the system to do their jobs.

Pros: SF keeps track of everything and helps with timelines and being able to create helpful reports that are easy to export.

Cons: Building out custom reporting is very helpful, but not easy to do. I sometimes run into errors or issues when trying to combine things for reports, and the ability to excessively customize can lead to having an overload of information that isn't necessary. I do wish that SF talked directly to other systems to avoid double work in some areas.

Salesforce dominates their sector of the industry...and rightfully so.

Pros: I like that it puts all the CRM tools you could want in one place. It's all there and ease to access. I can find reports, user data, comments and even interact with customers or staff alike in the backend without having to open us anything else.

Cons: Maybe that it seems like they've raised their prices pretty steeply in a market with a fair amount of attractive competitors.

Pros: Most of what we do is click on a button in the software we use to process documents, then follow a set protocol. That's really easy, and the way it's integrated into our main platform makes sense.

Cons: It lags at every step, essentially, and sometimes when it lags it just dumps the email instead of creating it. When trying to navigate between tabs to qc emails, it's incredibly slow. Searching salesforce for anything is also terrible. It's slow, and the results are displayed in perhaps the least sensible way possible.

Pros: Being able to customize dashboards and reports for specific users is a really cool feature, and one that I use constantly. Makes it that much easier to keep up with cases.

Cons: If there could be more user facing notifications when a car is being worked on, i.e. rejected cases or when cases are commented on by other users, it would make my process significantly easier. Also adding another way to add multiple users to get notifications when a car is edited or worked on other than the contact and the assigned to user would be a great upgrade for keeping everyone in the loop.

Cons: One piece I feel is missing from the program had built in "wizard" or step by step processes in place. This would be helpful whenever the is a regular process. It would even better if it retained the history for reporting/comparison purposes.

Pros: The smooth transition from the old to the new. There wasn't a complete overhaul and most of the components stayed the same but were just rearranged for easier use. This makes my world so much easier!

Cons: There are a couple of pieces of information that i need on a daily basis and it would be more efficient if they were placed on the pages that I typically use. This isn't a huge issue for me though, I've been giving suggestions so maybe someday these simple changes can be made.

Pros: Coinbase is robust. It's just what we need to keep track of all our deals, whether they have landed or are in the process of becoming a client. Several of our departments can feed off of SalesForce and it's multifaceted uses.

Cons: Salesforce can be a bit daunting to set up. We did have to hire a 3rd party migration team to handle our integration. This can be a bit pricey, but worth it. It's really up to you on how much Time and Money you want to invest into your CRM. It can be easy to overcomplicate it as well.

Salesforce is powerful and is packed with features - but is also complicated and pricey.

Pros: It is a great tool to organize sales information in a customizable format. In addition to this using the API we can typically find a way to get whatever information we may need into it.

At Altitude we heavily rely on the robust reporting capabilities of the tool.

Cons: It can be tricky to use and integrate with other software, however their support is always willing to help.

Salesforce has a lot of nice bells and whistles that are invaluable - IF you know how to use them.

Pros: Very compatible and user-friendly with the new update into Lightning. Once Salesforce is customized for your company or if you have someone in house that can do those customizations you are able to pull and push data very effectively.

Cons: Has almost too much functionality for the average user. To customize your dashboard you need to be trained or skilled in the software and those that have never used a CRM will get confused what all the functions are for.

Pros: It is very easy to segment the list and narrow them down to select limits. In addition to this the ability to see a plethora of information including Name, Location, Address, and Phone Number are tremendously helpful for telemarketing.

Cons: Some of the information is out of date and leads to new people. I am not sure of how often they update the system, but more regular updates could prevent this. In addition their is no limit to who all has accessed a specific name. Having this info could allow me to target people who have received fewer telemarketing calls.

Pros: SFDC is great to be able to quickly find information and determine customer stats.

Cons: The initial learning curve was a little to get used to but once you get everything figured out there aren't many things to dislike.

Overall: The ability to pretty much customize anything you would like to do. Makes your scheduling very easy and following up with clients through Tasks makes it easy when you have a lot of things going on at once.

Pros: The level of customization is absolute. You can configure Salesforce to actually work for your company and processes. They keep updating the product on every release and the application market place is huge with a lot of add-ons for the main product.

Cons: Although you can customize everything, doing it is not that easy. You need to work with a certified partner to do it usually. It works, but it is an extra cost on top of the product license. Additionally the user experience and the user interface is a little out dated and it can be a pain sometimes if you are used to modern-looking applications.

Overall: By far one of the most powerful CRMs systems in the world. But setting up Sales force is a pain. The only way of doing it is through their partners and it is usually expensive to hire the best of them.

Recommendations to other buyers: Only work with highly recommended partners. That's the only way to make it work.

Cons: Price mainly !! when you get all necessary add-ons to make it great you could be spending per person per month !!

Overall: If you have a big enough team and resources it's worth hiring a salesforce administrator - this person should have experience in your industry to make it all worth.
Salesforce is not a great solution for smaller teams who need a system in "auto pilot"
Making data entry is mandatory is always hard. SO only go for it if you are absolutely confident you can have people adopting the use (it starts with management)

Cons: Some functions are not available without the purchase of additional modules. Be sure to ask all the questions up front and know what you are buying versus what you ultimately need. It can get messy to go back to management for more money if you haven't done your homework up front.

Overall: I was on the team reviewing various software offerings for our sales CRM at another company I worked for at the time, FARO Technologies. We took a look at Salesforce along with a number of others. We decided on Salesforce based on the various modules you could add which would give us all the reporting we needed for sales and marketing. As one of the implementation managers, I was pleased with the ease of use in deploying this software. As an end user, I fell in love with it because any report I needed was at my fingertips!

Comments: We use Salesforce for many things - our database for customer and vendor information, dashboards for sales and procurement data, tracking reach and new customer acquisition, tracking customer compliments and complaints, and grant tracking. We have someone in-house who is an expert who builds out the systems. It's great to have someone who knows the in's and out's because otherwise we would not know how to create and use the different features.

Cons: The reality of the nightmare it turned out to be. Expensive, old, clunky and out of date.

Overall: We persevered with Salesforce for almost 3 years, before finally leaving, and I am so glad we did. They say you can integrate with anything but these is always a catch that will either require you spend far more money than you would expect, don't work or require major compromises on what you thought you could do. In my opinion, most people that use Salesforce do so because they spent so much money and time to get it working they cannot afford (from either a money or career perspective) to leave, so they say great things because their lives depend on it, don't fall for it. Salesforce have a sales team that turns over every 2~3 years for a reason (This happened to us), probably because they have angry customers are baying for their blood by this time. Do yourself a favour, choose Pipedrive or Hubspot or ANYTHING else and save yourself the time / money and frustrations that come with this platform.
